Twice now I have selected a color off the wall and was not given what I asked for. The first time it wasn't as bad because they were both pink but I received barbie pink instead of a light pretty pink. This next time was absolutely awful. From the first nail that was applied, I made a comment asking if that was correct and it seemed really bright. He continued on like this wasn't an issue. Made a few more comments and he didn't care. Walked up front after and showed him it literally wasn't right. No cares given. No offer to redo or anything. I tried to reach out to management via the website with no response. Unfortunately one bad apple in there has to ruin it for all.

Who calls the police on a group of people just bc they think they're homeless? They weren't homeless, by the way, but customers for a different store.
Calling the police on homeless people is disgusting behavior anyway. Y'all should be ashamed.

If this store is the one by Game Stop, shame on you for calling the police on customers waiting for Game stop to open. A man in a wheelchair, a navy serviceman home on leave and several nerdy type gamers. Accusing them of being homeless. Wow. They weren't doing anything except standing and waiting for the store to open. There were several of us that witnessed this. Those people were just standing there minding their own business, they were not blocking the entrance to VIP Nails. I will never go to your store for my nails again.

I’ve been to this salon several times but only used Tony (he was awesome). I was told he moved to Dallas just to find out he moved to a different salon in the area which they didn’t want to tell me.( I’m glad I know where he is now!) I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 plus years and never had any issues. I asked for a French manicure with the purple instead of white. One guy started and told me no problem, I let him know I need my nails short for work & the purple needed to be thin. He just kept telling me he’ll file them at the end and they would be fine. He did one hand then switched me to a different nail tech because he said he was left handed and could only do one hand.. that should have been my red flag to get up and leave right then!! What nail tech can only do one hand? That doesn’t make any sense to me. Then I kept trying to explain it to this new tech he passed me off too and she kept telling me the same, that she would file them down when she was finished and they would look better. Mind you the original nail nech is sitting about 5 feet from us on his phone and I know he can hear everything I’m telling her and he never once steps in to try and help me explain what I had originally asked for. I told her multiple times I didn’t like them and they were way too think and her response was “I like them”. Not until the very end did she offer to “fix” my nails but at that point she would have had to file them all off again to restart a new set which I didn’t want that extra damage on my nails plus sitting there for another hour- hour & a half which I didn’t have. I was also burned several times by both the nechs, you can see one burn pictured. Listen to your customers!! 🤯

Cindy did a great job with my toes nails she took out all the dead skin and ingrown nails without making me bleed. She also did an amazing job with my eyebrows trimmed and cut out.

Philip did my nails and they came out super good!! They lasted me well over a month with zero lifting. Cindy did my toes and also did not disappoint they lasted me almost 2 months. Prices are super reasonable. Go here!

The service is horrible the first picture is what I asked for vs what I got the second picture then when I told
Her I didn’t like my nails she got a attitude and kept saying she couldn’t fix it because she didn’t want to file it off when I arrived I showed them what i wanted and asked the price my total for my nails and toes they said it would be 135 all together i got to the counter and they tried to charge me 180 until i said something about it all in all i will never go back they are rude and very unprofessional and scam artists also ripped the skin off my big toe cutting my cuticles I told him it hurt he just kept going my toe has been throbbing since I left I’m hoping it doesn’t get infected smh
