We’ve been on the fence about switching to Verizon . Went to the verizon branch off 146 and they were not eager to help at all!!! So we came to the Garth location and they are just as unmotivated as well. Seemed like they either didn’t know information or were reluctant to give us any. Questions we asked they simply didn’t know. The We need a new phone so we decided to go to the T-Mobile to check it out! Whoah!!! The motivation is literally pouring out of those people. They are kind, they smile, they give so much information didn’t even have to ask too many questions. Their customer service is superb. Verizon reps could learn a lot from them.

Ridiculous experience bought a phone case from a different location that did not allow my side buttons to work so came to the one closest to my house to return it first person was going to return it, but I had to go back and get my wallet so when I return to the store The next person advised that because it had been used mind you it was in perfect condition. Still no issues on the case so they told me I had to go back to the original store which is over an hour away.

My husband pre ordered a phone and when he arrived, it took the employees 5 mins to unlock the door. When he told the staff that he was there for a phone he paid for online the store employees looked confused and told him the phone was not available & they couldn't find it. Long story short, they tried to sell the phone to another customer and opened the box!!! We have no idea how the phone was handled if it was dropped, all we know is that it was not in the box! If he is paying that much for a phone we expect it to be packaged properly. The store refused to give us a discounted price for "open box", and recommended that we order another phone; the problem is time!!! The employees have no concept of time or customer service. Also, please don't go to this store if you don't want to feel discriminated against.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever had at Verizon. The poor girl working there couldn't put sentences together to save her life. She was completely clueless on how to help transfer my son's phone. I ended up just doing it over the phone myself! If she spent as much time learning her business as applying her awesome eye make up she'd be a genius at Verizon procedure! (Her make up was absolutely stunning)

Waited for an hour and a half for the sales associate I was working with to leave in the middle of helping me for over 20 minutes. Then had the other associate come over to tell me that he was taking over and what I needed done. Don’t go here if you value your time and actually need help with something.

Excellent service by Gabrial. He took care of an ongoing issue with my phone. Problem finally solved thanks to him. In my opinion this store is the best in the area. I know because the other two Verizon stores in this area do not do diligence compared to this location. Thank you Gabriel for figuring out the issue today.

I took my watch to the Verizon off of Eagle Drive for them to fix my watch. They didn't want to really help and just gave me a number to call. I took my watch to Verizon off 146 and with in 10 minutes they had it fixed. I definitely recommend the Verizon off 146.
