I was told the case and screen protectors they will match price on Amazon. This isn’t true and was told screen cover had warranty and get free replacements.
I contacted company and you have to pay shipping and handling for every screen replacement.
This wasn’t told to me when purchased and the phone cover was overpriced!!
I will NOT recommend this store to anyone-

Opal has helped me set up 2 previous phones. She is super, super, super helpful. I drove 40 miles today to her location to have her help me purchase and set up a new phone. Opal is fantastic!

She has always been very easy to communicate with!! since I came to her to join Verizon years ago! and is always very helpful with her advice and her help with all my random questions I throw at her! she is the best at what she does you can tell she loves her job! Opal is the most patient! She went way above and beyond to help me get my new phone. I didn’t know any of my login info and she figured it all out for me and was able to recover my account and backed up data. She deserves 10 stars!
