Absolutely great customer service!!!!!! Ms Patsy was kind and gracious to everyone she took care in the line ahead of us as we waited our turn. Then she took care of our needs within a couple of minutes in a kind professional manner. The contrast between the service at the old Baytown PO and the PO on Baker is like they are not even part of the same organization. Old Baytown gets it done and Baker Road tells you why they can’t.

Older white lady helped me. Was not very polite and burped like a man did not even say excuse me!!!!!! Disgusting!!! Just left (Nasty and low class). From the reviews sounds like you need a new staff. The corporate office needs to be notified of the complaints!

Very poor service, now I see why Amazon has there own delivery trucks. My block is the only block that has to have a mailbox by the curve. The rest of the street doesn't, very lazy of them. And my package that was delivered today was torn open for no reason.

Shut this place down. They have 10 + cars there daily. But noone is ever there.. I have waiting for an important package for 4 days now paat its due date.

I’m sick and tired of this place their mail carriers are very lazy and more things I want to say this the 5th time they claim they delivered a package to me and it’s not in my mailbox or it had been delivered to the wrong address when it’s clear on my packages i have been patient with these people but now im done. I have missing shoes clothes jewelry etc because of these mail carriers not wanting to do their job by reading where the package go and not wanting to deliver the proper way by coming to my door a lot of money lost and I can’t get any of it back. Im planning on filing a lawsuit I have receipts and videos and everything to prove I have not received or seen a mail carrier to my door on the day they claim they delivered my package. Plus recordings of me calling the companies I ordered from that they have not got any returned mail from the USPS. This is very disgraceful and careless.

Office staff is not amazing but they do work swift. My mail lady however is the sweetest person I have ever met! when she is out mail is always wrong. so eh.

I just moved to Baytown and they refuse to bring me any of my mail, I’ve had late bills etc because I never get any mail. They won’t even take my out going mail. It’s just insane how horrible they are.
