They’re going to scam you on your money. You pay for a service and then they end up not fixing the issue, I’ve called back multiple times and they just hang up after they know I’m the one calling. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU

So I took my laptop to get the LCD REPLACED. Was quoted 159 when I went to pick it up they told me they replaced it and completely whipped it out. Like what!!! Now I bring it home and I can’t use it without it being on the charger which it didn’t do that before. It runs extremely stow and there is several different profiles on it now!! Oh and to top it off I got charged 204 at pick up!! I don’t NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My laptop is trashed and I can’t get into anything!! So frustrating!!!

This business is very unprofessional….. spent money here on a phone and a month later the screen stops working and they tell me oh well!!!! Not there problem…. Please anyone thinking of coming here to get your phone fix I highly recommend you going somewhere else with better customer service!

I come here often to get my screen fixed cause I have a bad habit of never putting a case on my phone lol, but every time i come I get super great service at a reasonable price!! They’re super nice and welcoming, the lady at the front even gave me a free screen protector this time. 10/10

Took my phone here to get it fix and they fixed the problem but then my microphone was messed up Iv gone back Several times to get it fixed and still has yet to be fixed as they lie and say they fixed it but haven’t

Payed 130$ to fix screen they said it was the best kind , 3 days later screen goes blank , take it back they charge me 80$ more and screen is now glitching . Don't go here if you don't want to get robbed .

Act professional, willing to call and ask questions.My problem was that I called twice to ask if they updated hardware, they said yes and looked at it for two days, wanted me to put the hardware together first but all good.But second time they told me other parts were incompatible (which was the reason I needed the hardware updated).Otherwise I believe that they overall gave an experience and am willing to give a second chance if any tech of mine breaks
