I wish I could leave ZERO stars because UPS SUCKS. I ordered a horse blanket that was supposed to deliver yesterday on the 12th. There is a hard freeze coming on the 14th and UPS sends me a notice that it won't deliver until the 18th! That's too late!! Here's the kicker, the UPS distribution center where my horse blanket is just sitting is 20 miles from my house! They are closed on Saturday so I can't go get it. This was an Amazon "get it tomorrow" purchase until UPS entered the picture. I am livid and super frustrated with these jerks. UPS, what a bunch of @$$h0!e$.

This is my first and last visit to this UPS Customer Service Center. The customer service here is the absolute worst! I walked in and soon the man that works here came out and he didn’t even acknowledge me. I’m the one who said hello and he reluctantly answered. He never asked me how he could help me. I gave him my DL and told him that I needed to pick up my package. He said he needed the tracking number (no eye to eye contact) which I showed him. He went to the back and left my box in the counter. If you don’t like your job then you need to quit and allow someone who actually wants to work, take the job. If your attitude sucks because of something you went through, go and fix your issues and come back to work or not. Customer service centers have no place for negative vibes especially since your income depends on your customers! You should treat your customers with the utmost respect and dignity especially if they’re courteous and polite. It was so bad that I’m in their parking lot writing this review…DO BETTER!!!!! Treat people right because you never know what could happen if you mistreat the wrong person at the wrong time! Again…DO BETTER!!!!!! Leave your personal issues at your house!

AFTER WAITING 5 DAYS AND 5 PHONE CALLS THAT WE HAD TO MAKE TO THEM IN REFERENCE TO A 88 POUND PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED, THEY MAGICALLY LOST OUR PACKAGE. ITS ONE THING TO BE LATE BUT YOU LOST A 88 POUND PACKAGE THAT IS A LIE. THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Worst location to work for! This is my second year with ups & was fired for missing work for a flat tire. When asked if I'd be rehired Lori told me no because I was being argumentative. When I was only expressing to her why I couldn't drive 35 mins on a flat tire. Then told me "I'll just put non rehire for attendance." I asked how is this fair when I been with ups going on 2years. She replied that it didn't matter now & she was done talking to me, then walked away. I told her I was going to make a call (calling HR) & she threatened me if I didn't leave she'll call the cops on me. At this time I'm still employed in the system so I'm not trespassing or in the way of anyone. Since the fist day she was rude along with other employees that are in management. This location is unorganized, unprofessional, filthy & not safe. When bringing up that the only stall in the women's restroom didn't have a lock i was called boogie & told just to put toilet paper to lock door or figure it out. I also wasn't paid for orientation & was told by safety meko "why should you get paid for bring your id and social?" When that wasn't the case we were there for almost a hour giving our info and them having a safety meeting with us and giving us details about the job. I was happy to cut ties with this location. If I had more space I'd definitely put more details.

I have a specialty medication that gets delivered to me through UPS, and it has to be refrigerated and delivered on time. For whatever reason, this particular facility delivers my medication warm and doesn't refrigerate it, and they deliver it several days late. I've had to send two shipments back because the medication was no longer good. I'm trying to get my pharmacy to switch to FedEx.

First time dealing with this location. Every single order I have that uses UPS is always being returned because they can’t find my address. It’s almost like Google Maps doesn’t exist

Absolutely horrible.Update 7/27/22Still horrible. I've lived at the same address for 5 years and every couple months they say my address isn't valid. I get deliveries every few days. The person I talked to hung up on me. She had an attitude si I gave her an attitude right back. She didn't like that. When I asked to speak to someone actually in change she said and I quote " I am in charge" so not only is this package a week late I had to drove 45 minutes to pick it up. This is ridiculous.

Don’t recommend! For one I’ve been calling for months even called trace the person who hired me & keep asking abt my W2 . Also fired me without telling me instead told another coworker! I need Ann email orSomething from them stating I don’t work there anymore bc I never got anything but a “ he said “ & they still will not answer or etc .Pay doesn’t make sense & they get mad when you work longer to finish packages bc they don’t want to pay you!!! Fucc this job . It’s not worth it
