In town for some biz & wanted to get a good pump in so I came to fitness connection. It's quite a large gym with two levels & I only spoke with 1 employee at the front desk & she was cool. It all looked pretty clean & organized but I only saw two showers in the locker room & no sauna or steam room. That seems silly & inadequate for a gym of this size, but I would keep coming here for when Im just visiting Baytown for a short time

This location is so small and it's overcrowded in the evenings so I decided to come in the mornings when they open at 5. It's now 5:30 and the gym still has not opened. 1 HOUR LATER... This is ghetto cause if y'all really don't open at 5 just say that, OR... or... hear me out, hire RELIABLE EMPLOYEES who can be ON TIME to let PAYING CUSTOMERS in during business hours. I don't think that's asking for too much!

Good place to workou, but the time you guys open is horrible need to go back to 24 hrs get with the program already

The gym is unacceptable. The air conditioning continues not to be on or inoperable in the morning. The lighting outside continues to be dark. The homeless people panhandling and taking up residency has become a nuisance and the poorly maintained machines and gym continue to get worse. Inoperable and poorly maintained equipment, poorly cleaned and holes in the walls make for such a classy place. The problem is truly ineffective management and those reaping the profits and not reinvesting in the gym. If sucking is the goal of Fitness Connection they would be rated 5 of 5. I am sure they will blame the landlord.

There is no one enforcing rules or quality on the actual gym floor. Everyone does as they please such as: recording all others without their consent , gym bags on the floor , holding machines that aren't being used , throwing weights in a dangerous manner, men's restroom is disgusting to walk into with the horrible smell and members illegally taking pictures and video inside the restroom.

Visiting from out of town and wanted to get a lift in. I've been to several gyms in quite a few states and this one is the worst I've been to. It has all the equipment you need, but it's rusted and not well kept at all. It's also $20 for a day pass. Not worth it unless you're really itching to get a workout in.

Not a bad gym overall. I like it over planet and idk about 24 hour fitness....they can could fix a few things is all and stay open later than 6:00 on Sunday

Not to bad a place. Every time I went the kids place was closed making it difficult for me to go. It was a bit costly due to the fact I could only go in the middle of the night or when I had someone to keep an eye on my daughter. It was clean and the ppl were kind and helpful

I have never written a review of any kind but felt compelled to inform the public of the sad excuse of a place this is. I was told by the head trainer (wont name any names) that he would personally be training me, well after about a week, he pawned me off to some guy. Well three trainers later after they either quit or were fired right in front of me (very unprofessional) 6 months go by and I still am no closer to the regimen I originally requested. I injure my knee and am unable to resume PT and was assured that they would reimburse me for the lost time so i continue to pay. Well another 6 months go by and the district manager calls me to inform me that they will not reimburse me for anything and the paperwork i turned in will not suffice and i still owe them for the last three months. So a month of harassing phone calls and harassment go by and im just getting the form i need to cancel the contract. UBF has literally been the worst commitment i have ever made and really hope no one falls into that trap. Don't expect any of the management staff to be helpful with the exception of accepting your CC info. The trainers constantly complained of the way they were being treated to me (a client) it was just a really sad deal and a sad place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
