I went in for a perm as I had for many years. The last time I had a perm was March of this year , 2023, and I went in this October n the lady was not very pleasant, was quit rude actually n told me they didn’t do perms there! I said since when n she tells me she’s afraid of messing up peoples hair. So why she working in a salon then? I didn’t even buy any products I needed n I have bought from there a lot but not anymore with the attitude she had, I spent my money else where

The hairdresser messed his hair up and she didn't listen to me and was just rude. I told her we wanted a trim and she said a3 I said I guess I am not a hairdresser but once she started there was nothing to do about. Then she started getting onto the 10 yr old and made him cry. Who does that. I didn't let her finish and stupid me actually pd it. Never again.Service: Kids' cuts

Looked online and it said closure time was at 6 so I decided to go get a haircut after work. I showed up at 4pm and the lady was already closing. I asked her what time they closed and at first she said 6 then cut herself off saying 4pm. I mentioned online it said 6pm, and she began to have an attitude saying well I’ve got to get home so it’s four today. What a waste of my gas and time. Not to mention her family or whoever they were was blocking the entry way and laughing whenever she was having attitude with me.

This is 2nd weekend in a row, I've gone to try to get a haircut with Bambi. The 1st time I went, the lady there was rude and short. I asked when Bambi would be in and the answer was "I don't know!" Didn't offer any other assistance. The next day, it showed they open at 10am, so I went there around 1045am, and online it showed Bambi would be there. At 1045am, it was still closed. Went today, the same ruse lady was there as the previous weekend. I asked for Bambi since I had scheduled an appt online. The lady was rude with her response. When I asked how do appts work, she said she couldn't offer any information. Just rude!

This is the first time I used this salon, it was convenient and fast. The problem is that the salon do not stand by their products. Vanessa the stylist suggested a product for thin hair and said I could return it within 7 days after I explained that do not want to add additional chemicals to scalp but was willing to try it. After the 3 day noticed breakage so went to return the product on a Saturday (one day before 7th day). To my surprise Vanessa and another stylist informed me that the "manager" is the only one that can accept the returns. Vanessa did not mentioned that when the product was purchased. Stylist know managers are not available as needed and should be able to have the authority to accept returned products instead of asking customer to use their gas and return another day. Unfortunately I was not able to make it the next day.......With that I give this salon no review.Service: Haircut

Carlos and Son are absolutely incredible. Every time I am there they are professional, helpful and diligent. Today, they spent HOURS on making sure what I had done was to my liking. It was such hard work and they happily did it. Those two are incredible on their own, together? I will never let anyone else touch my hair again. Can't thank them enough!Services: Hair highlighting

I went in to see Carlos today for a bit of a change and was not disappointed. My entire look changed thanks to him and his team. I have a lot of hair, and he and his team worked hours to ensure I got what I wanted. I am ecstatic about my results!☺️
