Wow! What type of business just flat out answers the phone and says "Hello" no thank you for calling "__________" I had to ask was it the storage facility on texas ave??? She was like oh yeah! I just wanted to know the price of the smallest unit all she said to me was oh were full! That's not what I asked ! I didn't even want to rate them 1 star! Bad communication skills and sales motivation for customers!
