Actual inspection was done quickly. The wait was too long because there was only one tech inspecting and about 6-8 vehicles to be inspected.

Pricing was misleading
Number of quarts was misleading. My car takes 5 qt. But I paid for six quarts. I was told bc they used an extra large oil filter that took .7 more quart. Also the mileage between oil changes was misleading in order to opt for synthetic oil. $95 oil changes. ?

Do Not go to the station in Baker Rd! One person there will treat you like your 2 years old by telling you to “PAY ATTENTION”! I’m not kidding! I have it on my Dash Cam. I left without having the service after such rudeness. I reported to Corporate and have only heard crickets. I’ve been driving longer than this person has been on earth.
Learn to treat your customers with some respect Lady!

So pissed. Went through for oil change and to get air in my tires. Oil change was fine, but i only saw the other guy check my tire pressure. I kept waiting to see them put air in my tires and asked the guy twice if they were going to. He said "yeah, we'll get u right before u leave." Oil change ended, then they motion for me to leave. I say "what about my tires?" They say they already did it, but i say "when? I didnt see u ever near my tires, and the pressure is still low on my status screen." They reply "it takes a bit to reset, ur good." And motion for me to leave again. I frown and say "you sure?" I started second guessing myself and thought maybe they did it from underneath the truck or something because why lie? They assure me yes, and i drive off. Sure enough, they lied and 2 days later im putting air in myself. MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THE AIR PRESSURE READINGS YOURSELF before u leave unless u see them do it. Freakin liars. I dont know if they were lazy or thought because im female i didnt know what putting air in my truck looks like, but it really offended me.
