NO FLATBEDS! Or anyone else with ramps!! There is a robbery crew that cuts and steals metal off trucks usually around 0300 in a black F-250 and security is always magically never around. Baytown PD is on the case, allegedly, but that doesn't help the drivers with $15,000 in damages and no way to unload. Interior is mediocre.

After a long rough trip stopped in at the Baytown location Mrs Angela helped me find what I was looking for and did it with a smile on her face, she made a rough night a little easier.

10/21 UPDATE/RESPONSE: I already contacted TA via the link you provided and attempted to reach TA (both corporate and Baytown location) tens of times over the phone for resolution prior to posting my review. I only heard multiple promises that someone would contact me and this would be taken care of. Nothing else happened besides that.
I took my box truck to the TA in Baytown, TX, to have two batteries replaced (labor only) after confirming the cost of $60 over the phone. Once they replaced the batteries, the truck wouldn't start. The TA team said they didn’t know what was wrong and suggested leaving it overnight for a more experienced mechanic to diagnose it the next day. I paid the $60 labor fee and sent the driver to a hotel. The next morning, I was told the issue was due to the new batteries not being properly connected—a clear mistake by their mechanic. Despite this, they tried to charge us $600, then lowered it to $400, and we ultimately settled on $200 just to get the truck released. I escalated the issue to several people, including the district manager, and was repeatedly told it would be resolved and a refund issued. However, after months of calling TA, nothing has been done. I recommend avoiding this location, or at least paying with a credit card so you can dispute charges. Otherwise, you might end up paying for their mistakes and wasting time dealing with empty promises.

58 years old been in Truck in a long time came into the TA today. Had to hit three different fuel lines. . before I could get one to work.. The woman inside had to finally turn it on the keyboards and everything are messed up on these pumps, ..!!!it’s a shame, you see Truck stops falling apart, but it’s worse. We see our fuel stop falling apart see …You see the loves sprouting up and now QT soon Buckys I hear it’s gonna start Right here is why I need to come in here and fire the management and start over somebody’s not doing their job and it’s sad Not mad at the world just upset I couldn’t get you

Stopped to get some diesel for the semi. Went inside hungry and tired after not eating anything all day. I was the only customer at the deli/grill. Lady behind the counter just totally ignored me. I asked her a kind question about the meats that were under foggy plastic covers, wanting to know what they were and she did not say a word. Then she took of without paying any attention to me, like if I was not even there. I have had similar experience here before. These people have a serious attitude problem or maybe it is a race issue? I do not know. I will not stop at this truck stop again.

Customer service at the deli is horrible. I asked this lady who washes the dishes what variety of food they had because you couldn’t see it because of the lids. So instead of politely saying yes sir we have bla bla bla…. No she just looked at me with a mean face and didn’t even say a word. She just uncovered the lids one by one not saying what it was. Then I asked her for a plate and she put very little meat and a little bit of corn and I asked her what comes with the plate? And again she didn’t answer me. And I asked her if they had bread and didn’t answer me just made a sign with her hand like saying that’s it. So I got very mad and she never told me the price and now she was charging me like 20 dollars. And I said all that money for that no thank you and I left . Never ever coming to buy food here again. They need to fire these people and put people who really want to work because you all are going to loose customers. Starting with me. C-ya going across the street to flying J because they actually treat the customer better than here.

Owner says they're ready to fuel you! LIES! They are NOT ready! Fuel pumps on the left don't work at all and the ones on the right had to be reset. 30 minutes later they're still loading? I DO Believe this is the absolute WORST fuel stop EVER! The fuel desk is apathetic at best and told me to go to the food counter? Then, sent to the Manager who is Also absolutely Worthless and 100% Apathetic! They think I got all day to hang around and do turn arounds in their parking lot? It's a Spread axle! This place is now on the NEVER AGAIN List! Horrible!!! NO wonder TA going out of business

I stop here this morning coming from Houston to put gas to make it home to Beaumont.Went to pump number 4 paid for my gas with the clerk walked back outside the pump was broken and I sent my 10 yr old daughter in to clerk the what was going on and when she took a long time I went in myself asked to clerk to transfer the pump to number 1 and was given a receipt went to pump and nothing I go back inside to be told that I would have to wait on a refund to be put back on card in about 15 minutes. We'll it's now 10:09 pm and I still have not received a refund or gas from this company. I travel alot but I will never stop at this place ever again I have worked a gas station before and never have I ever had this problem before that clerk doesn't know what she is doing at all.
Update one week later went to the website and still received no help at all I was only given back 5.82 back on my and 11.12 went to them and I got zero gas from this company.

Showers were hot & clean, staff was friendly, parking lot is in rough shape, def needs a repave & yellow lines painted, back of lot along tree line, so much trash,cans overflowing, probably could fill a small dumpster

Need to be more responsible with your cold section foods. Bought 2 salads to eat once I get to my destination, as a trucker I rarely get to eat, get here to my destination ready to eat, and both salads are all brown rotten from the bottom.

I waited 33 hours to get Brackets and Mud Flaps installed on trailer and ABS Light checked. TA kept giving me the run around. Theirs alot of detail left out, but this is the very short version.
