We have never had any issues here with parking and we have never had bad food here and the ladies and everyone serving the food here have all be nice...they do need help in the shower area though with getting the towels washed up because when we shower at other places we always get an extra set of towels. There is two of us.

Really slow, my truck got there 3pm they said about an hour he'll be in the BAY, but at 7pm another shift says there's another truck ahead of him which is not in BAY. Waste of time!

Update:: The store manager Bryan contacted me after I made a formal complaint with their Corporate offices. I commend his efforts for resolving the issue. He promptly called and asked what was the issue at hand once informed he stated that he would call back after checking into the matter. End results were that I was indeed double charged and a immediate refund was issued. Thank you TA for a positive resolution. My advice to all would be to be proactive and to do your due diligence. Do not let others take advantage of a situation simply because you feel that there's no recourse.

Bay town service dept is the worst. Very incompetent and I will never stop here again for service. I stopped fueling at all TA stops years ago and now they can keep it all. Next time I'll wait till I need roadside assistance and then I'll call either pilot or loves.
