The subway store on fm 565 was extremely poor quality today, both of the ladies working there were extremely rude. The first girl who started making my order put it in the toaster and then went in the back and didn’t come back out except to take the whole chip rack in the back after the whole process was over. The second girl who took the sandwiches out of the toaster had an attitude the whole time as well and then when I asked for the footlong cookie that’s plastered all over the place said the didn’t have them. Then I asked for 3 regular cookies. Which she rang me up for but then never gave me. Took my card and then walked off. I had a large order and needed to make drinks so I asked for a bag, which she then shoved all 3 bags of chips in small paper bag that already had 2 foot longs in it smushing all my chips. I made my drinks and got in my car only to find out I didn’t have my receipt or my cookies. When I went back in and explained I didn’t get my cookies she came back with a huge attitude saying I didn’t order any cookies. To which I grabbed my receipt that was still in the machine and said then why did you ring me up for them and charge my card? She then gave me my cookies and handed them to me very haphazardly. I will never be back to this location, regardless if the store looks clean and kept, the customer service is severely lacking.

The ladies that work here are HORRIBLE! When all of them are on shift together it's even worse. I needed to place an order for 3 sandwiches and the lady making the order literally let out a deep sign and an "UGHH" along with it. I will keep making reports against the location until a new management is in place and these people are no longer working there. There should be NO Reason to receive this type of service especially when there are not much food options to choose from in this area.

The new management team is amazing!!! Food is way better and fresh since they've changed it. I've come here now often now. I do wish they'd bring in the watermelon cucumber drink.

There is one hispanic woman working at this particular location that is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would eat at this location frequently because I enjoy the food and it is convenient as it is on my way home after a twelve hour shift... but until this employee is removed, I will not be returning to this location.

There was a older women taking my order talking spanish. I knew what was said and horrible comments being made to the lady that they were servicing and when she took my order she had a big attitude all while making faces to the other lady trying to order when she turned her back away from counter. Also charged double for the lady infront of me without her knowing.

Everyone I encountered was friendly, which was directly opposite of my encounter at another location in the area. They were super busy at lunch time but had the staff to keep the line moving it was great! I haven't run into anyone rude yet ?♀️ way better quality food and very clean location.

I've never been compelled to write a review before, but my recent encounters at Subway have been so consistently disheartening that I felt it necessary to share my experience. There's a particular staff member, a Hispanic lady, who seems to be consistently rude every time I visit the establishment.I've given her the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions, assuming perhaps she was having a bad day, but the pattern has persisted. It's disheartening to be met with such disdain and rudeness, especially when all I want is a simple meal. Basic customer service and respect should be a given, regardless of the circumstances.I've always enjoyed Subway's offerings, but the presence of this particular staff member has soured my perception of the entire establishment. It's disappointing that a single individual can have such a negative impact on the overall experience.I hope that Subway takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the issue of consistently poor customer service. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where I can expect a more welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

Went to subway as I always do to get a morning sandwich told lady I wanted a 12" sandwich ,she started cutting a rool in half to 6"I told her I said 12" she tried arguing with me I said 6" she was rude not focused on her job at all she was a short older lady poor customer service I will never recommend this business to any one she needs to be taught how to talk n deal with customers

There is one lady that works here that is incredibly rude to customers. She will make ugly faces when you ask for stuff on your sandwich that she doesn’t like. Zero customer service skills whatsoever.

Terrible service they wouldn't let us eat inside because she wanted to close and hour early smh rude attitude by a worker there and i know she's old enough to know respect.
