Great work and affordable prices. Daniel Fallows went above and beyond when installing our Propane Tank. This is a new house and I wasn't quite ready to test the stove and dryer, although it was out of his scope Daniel helped me get both installed so we could test the connections. Thank you, keep up the great work!

I am 73 yrs old.I live on Social Sercurity. I always thought your service is great, But when I got a letter saying I owed $60. dollars because I didn't order butane within a year. I was very upset. 60 dollars is alot of money to me. I try to make the butane last along as I can. I always have all these years I have been with yall. Because I know I have to pay 300. to 400 dollars for butane. Then yall say yall can keep coming by to keep my tank full. My God it is know telling how much that is going to cost me, there is no way I can do that. I like to keep on doing what I been doing.

Technician came out alone.Once the propane tank was off of the truck, he only had one dolly to handle and move the tank. The earlier site inspection should have informed them that the tank would be going through two different gates. Unfortunately, my gates are not eight foot wide. I assisted the technician wrestling the propane tank through the first gate and used my truck and tow strap to drag the tank into the location where it was finally installed. My technician should have an additional dolly to move the tank through these tighter openings and not expect the super easy installs every time. The propane tank is installed and waiting to be filled.Suburban Propane should not expect their seventy year old customers to climb down in the slop to help wrestle and hogtie these big pigs in place. Overall, I’m pleased with the installation.
