Parking without markings, it is impossible to choose a comfortable temperature in the showers, only hot or cold, there is no soap in the showers, difficult check-in and exit from the truck stop, an ordinary old truck stop, I'm sorry that my damn company says to refuel only here

Filled full tank of gas here in the morning on Oct 7. Got 10% lower mileage than other Shells and Exxons. Same speed highway driving, compared about 6 gas stations in 3 driving days

Be careful! Came here around 6pm. Paid cashier $15 for gas with my debit card, cashier debit my card twice stealing over $20 didn't offer to refund me my money or purchase gas. Couldn't contact manager

I'm normally not the type of person to do reviews of any sort but I guess there always a time to start, alright I'm a regular here everytime I'm in Huoston I always stop here to add fuel or to spend the night and even for a 30 min break, first off got to the travel stop at 11:00 pm went inside to get some chips and refreshments while I was looking to see what caught my eye walking around checking out the store not 5 min pass as I open one of the fridges to get a refreshment I look back as I grab it I see the security coming up to me as if he wanted to say something but he sees that's I'm picking a drink and once he gets to me walks back honestly feel as if I got profiled. Once I finished picking my chips and all I walk towards the cash register and paid my things and went off (have nothing to say about the cashier she was nice and polite). I get to my truck and security approaches me once again telling me I can't park where I'm parked yada yada I was like alright cool I moved, got to a place where I was in no one's way and no harm he come at me again but this time threatening me to call DOT and all I come out to explain the situation of what's going on as I'm getting closer to his truck I get a really strong odor of marijuana I procede to tell him that I was only gunna be there for my 30 min break eat some chips and drink my soda he starts going into a power trip I don't know what's going on if it's new security or what point he was trying to give off but I honestly think that wasn't the appropriate way to go forward with a customer don't know if it was a power trip that he went thru or if he was just trippin over the weed he was smoking.

We have never had any issues here with parking and we have never had bad food here and the ladies and everyone serving the food here have all be nice...they do need help in the shower area though with getting the towels washed up because when we shower at other places we always get an extra set of towels. There is two of us.

I just want to say that I'm so grateful for the ppl that found my husband's wallet and the person whom mailed it to us . I told my husband that I know that there is still good ppl out there we just have to have HOPE. Thank you for also paying the shipping so not what we expected but God ? has always surprised us . Update::The store manager Bryan contacted me after I made a formal complaint with their Corporate offices. I commend his efforts for resolving the issue. He promptly called and asked what was the issue at hand once informed he stated that he would call back after checking into the matter. End results were that I was indeed double charged and a immediate refund was issued. Thank you TA for a positive resolution. My advice to all would be to be proactive and to do your due diligence. Do not let others take advantage of a situation simply because you feel that there's no recourse.

Bay town service dept is the worst. Very incompetent and I will never stop here again for service. I stopped fueling at all TA stops years ago and now they can keep it all. Next time I'll wait till I need roadside assistance and then I'll call either pilot or loves.
