There's literally only one older woman employee who knows how to use the lottery terminal. Serious training is needed or just stop selling lottery. Next time I'm over charged for lotto tickets I'm calling the Lottery authority.

11-9-22 at about 7:00pm, I entered this shell on Garth and I-10 across from Carinos and and Panda restaurants. There was a cowbell attached to the front door. I stood at the counter. A lady from the back room stated ' I will be right there, sorry' she apoeared heavy set black hair, large hips and appeared to be hispanic / white. She stated "sorry again, I messed up back there". I asked for10 Texas two srep lotto tickets. She repeated "10 Texas two steps" I said "yes"She gave the tickets and I exited the sore. I checked my ticket during lottery draw time at about 11:00pmafter draw time as I usually do. I noticed she gave me Texas lotto tickets. She gad done this to me before, but I trusted her this time since her customer service was better toward me. I called the store when I noticed what she had done about 11:45pm. The over night lady stated " you will have to talk to the assistant manager who was on duty during those hours. I ask for a contact name and was told by thenight shift manager " I can't give you her name or ID. Then I explained to the over night lady that she had done this before. Giving tickets that someone purchased but didn't buy. The over night lady said well you will have to talk to them manager early tomorrow. I asked for the Managers name. She stated I .So can't give you his name either. Can anyone help me me with this matter?

Stopped here from a road trip heading home and I had to use the restroom; baby the restroom here was so clean and the cashier was so friendly and caring!!! I’ve never been in a shell station with good customer service and a clean bathroom!!!

Same thing happens every time, I shouldn't be forced to go to a different gas station because of the cashier that's there, it's the closest gas station to my job and it's ridiculous that everytime i go there's a issue

Be careful when filling up here. I only use unleaded and this time it pumped midgrade and charged me for it even though I picked unleaded. When I went inside to ask for help they just shrugged their shoulders and said there's nothing they can do. Good way to lose a regular customer.

Vero is the most unprofessional rudest bitch I've ever experienced In a convenience store. I'm a businessman and I wouldn't hire her to be my janitor! Much less being the face of your establishment. I've been a loyal customer for years but will never go back.

Extremely rude staff! My husband and I approached the station July 5th at 8:35 P.M. to the clerk conversing with a lady outside who was not an employee. The clerk appeared to be doing outside duties and as a result had the store locked. She saw my husband, and never acknowledged his presence nor acknowledge that she would be right with us. She continued to empty every trash can and pile the bags in Front of the store......where my husband stood patiently and I acknowledged. The lady that was assisting her who again, was NOT an employee at least had the decency to tell my husband the lady would be there shortly.

This Shell station has 12 pumps that are new and clean. It also has a car wash. It's right off of I-10 and also next to a McDonald's. Eating places are nearby so it's in a very convenient location. If you need to stop over to stay the night, there are several hotels to choose from.
