Mrs. Shay‘s customer service and kindness is unmatched, you can tell how much she cares!! I brought my ring in and she was very knowledgeable in explaining to me about resizing, oxidation and sterling silver. She went out of her way to resolve the issues I was having in a professional way. I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family in the future.

I will never enter this store again. Both women working were very rude and discourteous. They are a Citizen Watch dealer and I needed info on mine. She was very short and would not answer a direct question. Not helpful at all.

Horrible experience. I went in there and asked if they buy jewelry and there response was no, we are not accepting jewelry at the moment and that I should try next year. My wife calls the store one minute later and asked the same question and they told her that they do buy jewelry. Never experienced something like this.

I had a horrible experience with this jewelry store. Went to get a chain repaired and the older white lady that I was speaking with was very disrespectful and was talking very reckless. I would highly not recommend this jewelry store to anyone. Would've gave zero stars but one star was the only way I could share my experience.

Terrible customer service overall. I visited this shop today to have a pin repaired in my watch. The lady at the front counter says we aren’t suppose to do watch repairs around Christmas. What kind of logic is that. Then the technician says you can order the pin online. That’s your job to order parts and repair jewelry. Stay away from this place very unprofessional!
