I don’t wear hardly any make up due to a medical condition but I DO have family that wears it and I buy a lot of fragrances for myself. EVERY TIME I go in this Sephora, I’m snubbed. No hellos, welcome-in, can I help you. I spend a lot of money at Sephora, ONLINE. Sales people should never judge a person because they are missing out on massive amounts of commission.

I had an amazing experience at Sephora!Diamond introduced me to the best products, and I was blown away by their knowledge and expertise. They really went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend visiting Sephora and asking for their guidance. Thank you so much to KIM AND DIMOND☺️

Keep your expectations low. I went in and this store didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I go another time, buy a lipstick that looks horrible outside of Sephora. I lost the receipt, show them my Sephora account that says I purchased at this location and I couldn’t exchange it for a different lipstick. Customer service feels like they don’t want to be there….it’s a very mediocre store.
