Came in at the perfect time and ran into Kia. Finding a fellow woman of color in makeup is soooo important (IYKYK) She matched me with foundation and concealer that I love. The struggle has been real for years trying to find something that matches me so I’m sooooo thankful 😊 she may feel like she was just doing her job but as an Ulta shopper, they have never matched me correctly, so this was big for me. Thanks Kiaaaaaa ✌🏽

The sales rep working around 6pm on 9/2 was extremely rude to customers. The manager even had to send her away during a return on a product. That chick needs to go.

I don’t wear hardly any make up due to a medical condition but I DO have family that wears it and I buy a lot of fragrances for myself. EVERY TIME I go in this Sephora, I’m snubbed. No hellos, welcome-in, can I help you. I spend a lot of money at Sephora, ONLINE. Sales people should never judge a person because they are missing out on massive amounts of commission.

Keep your expectations low. I went in and this store didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I go another time, buy a lipstick that looks horrible outside of Sephora. I lost the receipt, show them my Sephora account that says I purchased at this location and I couldn’t exchange it for a different lipstick. Customer service feels like they don’t want to be there….it’s a very mediocre store.
