She helped me find the right size unit I needed and everything was quick and easy. They have monitoring system devices that are installed in the units and that gives me a lot of peace of mind with my unit being outside of the gates. Thank you Jamie!”

“We just rented a unit here so we don’t have a lot of history. The office personnel are very friendly and professional. The one thing I would say is that they need to clean out the junky/wrecked vehicles/RV’s. They really trash the place up.”

“I rented a 10 x10 storage unit here 2 days ago. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. I was able to rent and move my stuff into storage that same day. I always price compare online before i buy anything and this specific location at this time has the best storage prices in all of baytown, crosby, channelview and houston area. The only setback is that there is hardly any parking areas in or outside the gate.”

“It was my first time renting a unit and this was relatively close to my house and cheaper then most places I was looking at Crystal was an absolute delight to deal with she answered any questions I had about the units and the property and she was always outside cleaning up making the property look better she stated that she had a reputable company out there changing hasps on the units to a better lock and hasp system to make it harder for an intruder to get into the units she answered every question with confidence and respect she treats the property like she owns it and she goes above and beyond to show her customers that you’ll only get the best at this location”
