Very rude and arrogant owner. Stay away from this place if you can. Much better and nicer places to get a haircut in Baytown. Never going back. Owner is extremely unprofessional. Be warned.

I would give the place a star but the owner zero stars. She has zero customer service and is very arrogant and rude. She will mock customers behind their back and then be nasty to their faces. Beware this queen of the hair piles. Many good places in town that have much better customer service by far. I feel bad for her staff.

I have been getting my ears lowered here since she opened. Very nice people and professional. They do great work on men and kids. Now it is mostly appointment only. It is simple just download The Cut app and schedule your time.

just moved back to the area and needed a haircut. Great atmosphere and attention to detail. I was able to show a picture of what I wanted and they made it happen. Great place that I will continue to use for sure.

The haircut and beard trim is always exactly how I want it which is why I go back from time to time even though it's almost double the cost of anywhere else. The ladies are friendly but I don't like you have to book an appointment on a app you have to download and you can't just call.
