This is by far the worst place I have ever went to do my taxes. I came in on February 10th. After three weeks of asking them why I couldn’t see my information on the IRS website they kept telling me just to be patient and the IRS was behind. Almost a month after I saw them they finally admitted they were having system problems and we’re not able to E file my refund, and it would be sent in the mail. So they let me think for a month it was the IRS but really it was them that never filed it. Seven weeks later I finally get my return and it’s $70 short of what the IRS told me I was getting. I was confused because I already paid them upfront to do my taxes. I called them and they told me that those $70 fees were for their financial and software programs that they use. I went back to my paperwork from them and they had crossed out all of the fees on my paper and told me not to worry about those. They were not upfront and honest about anything with me the whole entire time I had to deal with them.

Horrible experience with this lady she stood me up twice a sat and wed , mind you i had to wake my son up earlier than usual to drop him of at the babysitter and i had to ask to go into work later just so she can not be there or answer calls or give me a call back!!!!! If i could I would give her zero starts
