I would really give them 0 stars if I could!!! I couldn't exchange a brand new steel toe boots I bought a week ago because they insist I didn't show my id when I first purchased them!!! They never asked me for my id to begin with!!! They didn't want to return my money!! And I had my receipt!!! This is the worst place ever!!! The manager Cindy refused to help with the situation!!! This place is trash don't go there!!!

I bought boots 3 months ago the inside started coming apart. I went to store and was told that I was lucky they lasted that long boots cost over 100 dollars I'm like really!!!!!!!! I work in side not a harsh invirment clean area.

I have been going here for 10 years and never had a problem until Monday. I went in and was ask if I needed help and I told her I wanted what I had on. All she could say is that is it there and walked off. Just pointing to a whole wall. She didn't ask what size or anything except to walk off quickly. If you don't want to help a customer why don't you just stay home. So I decided I would be like her and walked out the door. I will never go back there. I will go to Redwing instead.

Buyer's beware. This is the most unprofessional and no customer friendly business I have ever come in contact with. The Supervisor is horrible and argues with the customer in front of everyone. My company is one of the biggest contacts they have and instead of accommodating us they would whether be combative. S I me of the items on the list of our contract, this business doesnt carry anymore. You would think someone would reach out to the company and inform them of this so when the workers come to choose a boot they want have a limited selection. They have no knowledge of the shoes so they just watch you and don't offer any good recommendations. Also they don't tell you the stipulations of choosing a safety boot that doesn't mesh with your feet. I had the unfortunate experience to find find out that I could not return my boot because it was hurting my foot after one day of wear. The right foot was fine, but the left foot didn't feel right and it was very uncomfortable. When I went back to the company, I was told they don't exchange boots for comfort. Had this been explained to me in the first place, my boot choice would have been different. Nowhere in the United States of America can you not return a product if your not satisfied with it, but here you cannot. Companies beware of doing business here because you get what you pay for!

Man this place is not customer service oriented at all. Went in to buy new boots, only to find out of stock or size. Was told to pay and that they receive orders every two weeks. My specific shoe would be there in two weeks. Called today girl couldn't find my order, then found my order. She stated it would be another week before they arrived and that the girl that handles the ordering would call me back. She just called and explained 4-6 weeks out before boots would be there. !?!?! Tried to get an refund on my order and was told to go through my company because the voucher had been processed!?! I have never dealt with such disorganization- first time last time there...

The working was helpful. There's not much selection to choose from. The women's section is tiny. Only like 8 different shoes to choose from. I like turtles.
