The so called rent a cop or like his jacket said "Loss Prevention" cornered my wife & myself because we where using a buggy that didn't belong to the store. We tried explaining to this rude young man that it was our 1st time in the store and the buggy was with all the other buggy and he just kept rudelt stating it didn't belong in the store. I asked him what did he want me to do? And he said rudely "well, I guess you can finish using it."Since we could finish using it what was the point of him attempting to belittle my wife & myself. He simply could have waited till we where done using it then make sure it was taken out of the store. I am a business owner & if one of my employees or myself talked to customers the way he did I would be out of business. This young man also could use some soap, shampoo & a brush or comb cause he was grungy... AND, he is lucky he didn't end up on the ground out like a light for disrespecting & belittling my wife...

This place is awesome, great deals and great customer service in a time where it is least expected. Items were easy to find and placed neatly on the shelf. By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. An honorable mention to the managers working to make business happen, I always overhear them working to take care of the customer. I don't usually visit this specific baytown store, but I will from now on!
