Had a delivery scheduled for 2 days after my order. Delivery time 1pm-4pm. I get a call at 3:30 telling me that they barely saw the order that was place 2 days ago and that they can't fulfill it on time and it would be another 3-4 days. Complete waste of a day and my time. Won't do business with a company that can't even do the basics.

My husband got me a desktop computer from here for Christmas last year. It was set up on automatic payment so they took the payment out monthly. My last payment the system didn't take the money. Come to store and they charge me a $30 dollar late fee. This was there fault the system didn't take the payment and I argued that this is there fault not mine. The money was there. The response was that there was nothing they can do because the payment is late. Really??? Funny how it happened on my last payment and that you couldn't take the late fee off. Poor customer service!

The promotions that say pay an amount of weeks then one free payment is not the case. It pushes the payments a week and will run your 90 day sale as cash out and the amount isn't lowered as a free payment would do. It is also up to the customer to apply it and is not automatic, so you will still receive the text for payment in the full amount. Be careful with the promotions.
