Terrible place. Logged in. Sat two hours. When I tech came into the waiting room, I asked about my status. She said she would check. Never did. After two hours sitting, I couldn't sit any longer. I'm 73. Rude and terrible service. A zoo.

The phlebotomy assigned to me, was polite and cheerful, she did a wonderful job, no marks or bruising, hardly felt the needle insertion

Just checking in on a kiosk was a little strange, but the people moved in and out fast! My appointment was right on time. Handled very professionally even though I was nervous at the amount of vials they had to take. They kept talking to me and kept me occupied while they did it. I was really impressed. Helped me to make sure I was not queasy and lightheaded before I left and walked me to the door. Super great experience!

I got blood work done today at Quest Diagnostic, I had a very professional, great customer service technician, Alex, Alexandra was amazing!! thank you Quest for having such a wonderful, caring awesome technician.

Had a appointment and justa frozen drop off. Didn't call us in. Said check in when I have had an appointment I never had to check in. After fasting and a frizen return had to leave with nothing.AWouldn't take sample at door either. A

Most impersonal business. I am sure it is to save money. But there is NO personal help or care. No one is kind and / or helpful at this company. Super awful. My insurance only has contracts with this company. Would not come here if I could help it. I went through the scheduling thing online. I honestly made an appointment for Tuesday for whatever reason it was made for Monday. I worked monday. Some of the hidden employees come out may or may not be help or kind.

Im sure quest overworks their employees and underpays them. They all look miserable and frustrated. The fact that they eliminated front office staff shows me how much they are trying to save money at the cost of providing patient centered care. I have to have lab work done monthly and Ill never come here again.

I’ve been here in the past and i’ve noticed a huge change over the years with this company. Came for a three hour glucose test and noticed a couple frustrated people, but if you make an appointment and bring everything you need to bring (ID, Insurance card, money, lab sheets if you have them) and come within the appointment time and check in at the kiosk with your QR code they’ve sent, you get called back right away. It’s when you don’t make an appointment that you’re waiting hours to be seen. Saturdays are for walk ins, but expect to be there for awhile. Also if you’re not sure about the procedure process call and ask beforehand or physically go up and ask if the lines are busy. If you have a drug test don’t bring your kids. If you have a fasting test ask when you start your fast. If you’re a minor make sure you bring a parent or guardian because they’ll need to be with you to consent for you. Any questions ask beforehand they’re glad to answer them. The ladies are super sweet and will get you in and out, and also really good at finding difficult veins.

Went in on 8-21-23 at 1pm and got out in 10 mins. The technician was super sweet and quick. Would recommend scheduling and appt instead of walking in . Thank u :)

They weren't friendly at all. Couldn't get any blood. Misgenderd me more times then not ??♂️ waste of time. Honestly just made me anxious for no reason.

I still can't believe it. This is the first time, in a long time, we use Quest on Garth Road. Our appointment was at 12:10 pm, we actually was 10 minutes late. I signed in, within 5 minutes, they called my husband. From the time we walked into the building to finish, was about 20 minutes. I can honestly say, the many times, I have used this Quest in the past, we haven't had any problems.

Worst system ever, i did an appojtment and the system they have didnt added me to their appointment list. I called customer service for help and they said they couldnt help. Ridiculous place. I dont recomwnd going there.They need to have a receptionist there to help you.

There's absolutely no one assisting patients in the lobby. No one to tell you, you have to have an appointment or that you have to sign in as a walk-in. No one to check if there are any patients with appointment questions or concerns. If a staff member do happens to come out, they are rude and seem mad the entire time they're assisting someone. As if they're working for free in terrible working conditions. I am unsure if Quest is such a bad employer mistreating their employees, because that's exactly what the staff members show. Zero compassion, zero care, and mad.

Not very friendly. Come out to the lobby and be more willing to assist. If you take walk-ins, then that NORMALLY means the people without appointments will be seen in between (worked in). Not saying as long as there are people in the lobby you can't be seen, set the expectation, be more professional and customer service oriented.
