Absolutely the worst flying I have ever been to.the place is filthy. Staff is non-caring and disrespectful. I ordered a shower on the app which said I was next in line. I went inside to wait for my shower. There were several people sleeping on the floor in the drivers lounge. I waited for over an hour before I decided to leave without a shower no work were cleaning, and they were all arguing at one another over who is supposed to do what. The management in this place definitely needs to be replaced. What a joke of a place this is.

I’m truck driver date 08/08/24 early morning shift Supervisor, she didn’t talk like she have a customer service. Don’t know how to talk with the customer when I ask him please call your supervisor. She told me I am the supervisor so please arrange customer service course for employ.

If I could give this place zero stars I would…. Night crew here is terrible, waited in line almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. 3 workers behind the desk were just talking to each other and clearly saw me standing in line waiting to be cashed out… then instead of talking to me the cashier just used her fingers to tell me to come up and didn’t even speak to me, terrible night crew, definitely need to be retrained on customer service

- Men’s restroom has been closed for the past three hours
- Showers are unavailable because no one‘s there to clean but there’s four people working and it’s completely dead
- Very rundown driver lounge
-Asked the girl about prime parking she couldn’t answer a simple question.
- laundry room is extremely dirty and looks like a homeless is living in there.
To all the outsiders, please stay away from this Pilot and flying J do not spend your money here

I was there hurricane day and manager on duty has ugly manners. She refused to check out this one girl for no reason.
Girl even called cops. She had no right to embarrass and disrespect her.
About 10 people offer to pick up and pay for the stuff the manager refused to sell this girl.

I just left here, it's garbage, there's nothing to eat, there's no coffee, they're cleaning the bathrooms, it's disgusting, the drivers who work at night. Early in the morning we don't have any for consumption that doesn't give us use, it's on cold shelves that you don't know how long they have been there, I don't go in here anymore, I don't recommend it.????
