Went there today and the two girls Leslie and yureili where amazing they helped me get my daughter her new phone and helped me trouble shoot a problem with mine will definitely be going there again!

Socorro at the Garth Baytown location is amazing. She was awesome multi tasking taking care of all of us. I can't remember the other guy's name but he was also super helpful. They worked as a team. Even if took a bit for upgrades. Like I did not mind. Because both wanted to make certain all of us were set. Best plan, best phone and best price.They were pretty freaking amazing.Socorro definitely needs a raise. Doing 3 jobs at one time. She literally made all of us feel we were being taken care of at the exact same time.

The young girls here don’t know what they’re doing. They activated the wrong phone not the one I want and a completely different color. The case and the screen protector went to 2 totally different phones. Then when I complained that that’s not the phone I chose they wanted to charge me another $30 activation fee for their mistake. Metro PCs usually has good and fast customer service but this whole ordeal took over and hour. Never coming back when these girls are there.
