First and foremost, when you walk in the door you’re greeted and they’re genuinely happy to see you. They always have what I need. Their employees are very knowledgeable about their products and always very willing to help. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them!!!

Haley was the absolute best employee that I’ve ever met there. She knew her stuff when it came to vapes, juice and accessories. Very knowledgeable. GREAT customer service. I’m sad she moved to Austin. This place stays well stocked. Most employees are friendly and helpful. (NOT all of them)

So I stopped in yesterday and spoke to really knowledgeable employees and they helped pick and choose the right vape for me to help me try and quit smoking cigarettes and so far it's been a whole day and yet to pick up or even think about a cigarette hopefully I can keep this up and completely move away from cigarettes all together. I want to say thank you and here's to a healthier me without cigarettes

Amazing customer service! I had previously visited several other shops in the area and Max & Zach's is the only shop that actually took the time to assist me. I had absolutely no experience with vapes, but Thomas made the experience very simple. He took the time to explain my options and let me try several strengths and flavors of e-liquid. After that, I decided on a flavor and a vape. I even got a discount for quitting cigarettes. I highly recommend this shop.

AMAZING customer service, very knowledgeable and great products! Went in for a CBD cream for pain management. The cream works amazing and we also ended up getting gummies for anxiety and love those too!

I recently stopped in Max and Zachs on a whim with my wife to find her alternative chronic pain relief. We have searched high and low for months. Little did I know this place has the most fantastic customer service and knowledge of the product, they also have a great quality selection of amazing product.I have know doubt in my mind they will retain my business.Give them a try and you won’t be let down.

Employees are friendly and very helpful. This is where I always bug my vape juice. Their points system is awesome and there's great sales throughout the year.
