I had a wonderful experience at Macy's today. The young man helping us was very patient friendly and helpful. We left having bought a mattress, box spring and frame. I would come back. Unfortunately Macy's is closing down.

This store was terrible. It's one of two anchor stores in a mall that is closed until further notice due to repairs. Don't waste your time until the mall comes back.

It is okay. I mean, the way the inventory is in the store esp in formal dresses, the location is like just better when you need to pick up orders online.

They have a nice large selection of women’s clothing but a very tiny section of children’s. It’s clean and organized though. Staff is also friendly.

Wanted a $299 dresser. I was told they don't staff there store appropriately to take it same day. I can make a appointment to come back on Tuesday or Thursday from 11-3. Told them I work during the day they said someone can come pick it up for me. Im not going to inconvenient someone to pick up something for me because a business wont let me take it myself.

Let's start with the customer service. Ryan (manager) and Sara are the type of customer service that is so rare these days. We had lots of questions and they were both super helpful. we never felt like we were a bother. They both went above and beyond to try and help us out. Give them a raise Macys!
