Lowe's is the best one stop shop for everything from terrarium plants to DIY outdoor recreation area improvements. Lowe's has always been my go to due to the fact that everything is organized and fair priced.

Horrible customer service at the return desk. It amazes me how these people just really do not care
Employees being rude to customers for no good reason is pretty crazy. I spent a lot of money at Lowe's as a construction business owner and I will never go to that Lowe's again.

Made a order at the store and to have the material delivered. This was on a Thursday. They delivered the material on Monday which was fine. After the driver left I found out that they sent the wrong size plywood ( 3/8" instead of 3/4" ). My 8d galvanized nails ended up being 16d. My 16d sinkers ended up being 20d. The container of deck screws had been opened prior to delivery as one box of nails. The store told me that they would pick up the Plywood on Tuesday between 2 And 6 pm. That never happened. I was in the store earlier changing the nails out. The associate they went to get the correct nails after looking at the invoice. She was gone for a long time so I went to get them. Upon returning to the Pro desk I waited about 5 minutes. She still had not returned so I asked another associate behind the counter to call her. As he was leaving I asked him if he had called her. He said no but the other associate would do it. He was talking to a customer but after about another 3 minutes of waiting I said excuse me but can you give her a call. He was to busy. I waited a few more minutes and decided to call the store and asked for the store manager and I was on speaker phone so people could hear me when another associate walking down the isle. I told him what was going on and when he started talking to the associate behind the counter he started to call. She showed up shortly after that with nails but there again they were the wrong ones. Lucky I had the right ones. I called today to speak to the manager about why my plywood had not been picked up and exchanged. He the told me that I had been accused of shaking a ladder with one of his employees on it. That never happened plus I was no where near a ladder. False claims from one of their employees to cover for their mistakes. The pro desk employees don't know what they are doing and then make false statements.

I have always ordered my appliances from Lowe’s with excellent customer service. I currently have an order that should have arrived for store pickup two days ago. Customer service and the store have nothing to say about the order. They cannot tell me where my order is or when it’s arriving, just that it will maybe be on a Wednesday or a Friday but they don’t know how long it will take. It should not be so hard to track an appliance, especially when it’s delayed.

Same as always. Employees avoid you if you even remotely appear like you might have a question. Then, you check yourself out while the ladies working the self checkout area chit-chat and pretend they didn't see your red light go off. Lowes is very consistently bad when it comes to customer service, but it's been that way forever so I've come to realize that they know it and simply don't care because I keep shopping there. Shame on me.
