Disappointed that I scheduled an appointment and they weren’t there. An hour later they showed up. The agent that handled our taxes did apologize and treated us with courtesy and professionally.

I love Angie, she's very friendly, loving, kind and very helpful. I have done my taxes 2 year in a row and many more to go with them. The place is very welcoming and clean kept. I definitely recommend Liberty Tax on 2200 Garth Rd. I'm very satisfied with it all. And I would go with Angie if available. All the staff is amazing too. Try them you won't be disappointed at all. These people are a joke. Charged me more than half of my return without any forewarning, and then needed my tax information and no one will answer the phone, return my calls, or be open during business hours!

I had no clue what a 1099 actually was because I had never dealt with it before this occupation but not only did she explain it too me she helped me understand it & I’m beyond grateful for that lesson because I have the knowledge now for the future! Thankful! Been doing my taxes here for the last 5 years & definitely coming back for the 6th!
