Did my taxes and misguided on my amount given and the websites states they only charge $75 for c filing which its literally 1 document. They al the end of the filing explain "this is the amount of taxes you will get after all fees have been taken out" the purposely protray there is more to file because irs won't accept A STATE GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT, so they add more paperwork to "necessarily file" and literally profit off of u by lying and then don't tell the customer that they changed their clients almost $1000 for their prep fees!! This is lying and fake company and all the say to fix "their guarantee" is sorry. The worst place who will lie and do so much to protray that its the truth. I wanted to schedule a phone call with irs personnel amd the worker from liberty tax to explain the wrong paperwork theu charged me wrongfully was not needed. And of course they couldn't be reached at their office them suddenly they are overbooked... go figure right. Don't go here if u don't wanna be scammed and if u like to lay $1000 for tax prep fees

This was my first time having my taxes done with Liberty Tax.Tammy did my taxes.She had them done in one day and it was cheap! I will continue to use this location for my taxes.

This is my first time choosing liberty tax to file my taxes this year, I can say the experience I had was just amazing, Angela k repman was such a great help and helped me get a better understanding of the whole taxation process. She was very sweet and I felt very comfortable doing my taxes with her !!! I highly recommend her to do y’all’s taxes :)!
