Thank you ladies at the pharmacy for taking the time for my last minute walk in for my vaccines. I was turned away by two other clinics before coming here; they granted me some grace and let me get my vaccines for my upcoming job.Compassionate and sweet these ladies were, I’m so happy with my overall experience!

Pharmacist lied and closed up before time. Couldn't get an important medication that was needed and now in severe pain. Not even my normal krogers to be picked up at...never changed it. Kroger on ward, Pharmacist was to busy playing on phone to answer why, like I was bothering her. Well this was the last time this is happening. Time to go back to CVS. They appreciate the business I have given them over the years. Sadly, I won't be going to Krogers anymore. Plenty of grocery stores and pharmacy in town.

Some of the staff are very professional and knowledgeable, and others require more training or/and experience. So what you deal with might be different from day to day.

I started going here because they have a drive through, and it's close to my house. It was done to save time but instead every visit ends up with waiting a long time period and being told to come back when it's ready. Always have to do multiple visits to pick up a prescription. I have dealt with 4 different employees and out of the 4, 1 was good. All the others don't know what they are doing and Don, whatever his name is, is very rude. Literally doesn't listen when being spoken to and then asks follow up questions that were just answered if he had listened. Then he got an attitude because I was confused about what he was asking me, because I just answered it. Idiot. I will never come back here.

Hi! I'm home-bound due to a motor vehicle accident. I did an online order for home delivery from the Garth Rd store. Upon receipt of my nearly $100 grocery order, as I'm unpacking I notice some of my bags and groceries have little black insects crawling all around. I call the store to address the issue and I'm advised to adjust the price or get a refund the items have be brought back to the store. Also, the store has been having an internal issue with these insects in the pastas (which I ordered), rice and flour. The associate did advise me if the items are placed in the freezer the insects will die, therefore we don't worry about consuming them. I also share concern with others who have posted the horrible decision by management to remove small carts and hand-held baskets, the strategy being that larger carts will result in larger grocery purchase totals.

Not to be confused with Bro-ger, which is when you go shopping with your brother. There are lots of Kroger customers in Baytown, and lots of people happy to have a Kroger out here in Baytown, although prices are (as usual) pretty high, but they don't always have the selection that some of the other suburban stores have.Still they are popular, and brought a great extra option to Baytown and our relatives that live there. We visit this store most times that we visit these relatives.

The new manager is a jerk, he did away with the hand baskets so now when I am only picking up 2 or 4 items I have to push the BIG cart around with 3 things in it. There are none of the smaller carts either so now I am a HEB shopper. I forgot how good their prepared meals are and how much better their produce is. Also their cakes are better priced and they aren't making them a lot smaller like Kroger is so thank you Mr new manager for helping me out. By the way HEB has hand baskets, smaller carts and large carts to serve ALL of their customers.

Rushing around to grab things I needed for a quick trip, I stoped at self check out and put my drink down by the bags. Then a male employee came and just grabbed my drink without stating first that my drink needed to be off the bag area. There is still COVID and now money pox ... and he's just grabbing peoples things is not acceptable ..

Kroger employees, for the most part (especially management) are griossly lazy and incompetent. They are continually blaming covid for their lousy service. Kroger's computer software has frequent errors. Items that are out of stock are not so-indicated. You are allowed to order those items, and be charged for them, only to find out that they are unavailable. You are not often offered substitutions, either, and Kroger puts a hold on the full dollar amount. You must wait a week or so to get your money back. Someone makes a total mess of your credit card accounts or debit card account. What they do is to make things so confusing that you don't know if you are being refunded or not. I suspect that they might be ripping us off. If you choose to do business with them, keep your eyes open--both of them.

Every month my wife goes to this location to pick up her prescription. We have been to multiple Krogers all across Texas from Dallas to Houston and we have never had the bad experiences that we have had at this one. Typically the Kroger Pharmacy team is helpful and more importantly Glad to help. However when we have medication to pick up we have continually experienced the following problemsMedicine not ready when we get there even though we got a text message from Kroger saying its ready.Price changes every month for the EXACT same medication and no explanation until we haggle back and forth about the coupon that hasn't been applied. The Medication is on automatic refill, but of course if she doesn't call, it doesn't happen.Last month, after picking medication up there for 3 straight months, they told her that she wasn't in the system and that her info had not transferred. Once again she picked up there the previous 3 months.REALLY????Whomever is managing this team needs to read this review and really reasses how they are operating. We only go there because its close and convenient, however it may be time to drive a little further!
