I am sitting in Kroger's Pickup with about 12 other people waiting for our groceries to be brought out. I've been waiting for 35-40 minutes and there are still people here that were here when I got here. I called the manager and he basically said that they didn't know there would be so many orders. They didn't appear to be overly concerned. They half heartedly apologize for the inconvenience. They have a computerized system so why doesn't someone know how to use it. They have one little boy delivering the groceries to us. If they are able to know how many cashiers they'll need on a given day; why don't they know how many people they need in pickup. I never have this type of issue at HEB. Krogers I am very disappointed with you. I will think twice before I order groceries from you agai!!

Hi! I'm home-bound due to a motor vehicle accident. I did an online order for home delivery from the Garth Rd store. Upon receipt of my nearly $100 grocery order, as I'm unpacking I notice some of my bags and groceries have little black insects crawling all around. I call the store to address the issue and I'm advised to adjust the price or get a refund the items have be brought back to the store. Also, the store has been having an internal issue with these insects in the pastas (which I ordered), rice and flour. The associate did advise me if the items are placed in the freezer the insects will die, therefore we don't worry about consuming them. I also share concern with others who have posted the horrible decision by management to remove small carts and hand-held baskets, the strategy being that larger carts will result in larger grocery purchase totals.

Not to be confused with Bro-ger, which is when you go shopping with your brother. There are lots of Kroger customers in Baytown, and lots of people happy to have a Kroger out here in Baytown, although prices are (as usual) pretty high, but they don't always have the selection that some of the other suburban stores have. Still they are popular, and brought a great extra option to Baytown and our relatives that live there. We visit this store most times that we visit these relatives.

The new manager is a jerk, he did away with the hand baskets so now when I am only picking up 2 or 4 items I have to push the BIG cart around with 3 things in it. There are none of the smaller carts either so now I am a HEB shopper. I forgot how good their prepared meals are and how much better their produce is. Also their cakes are better priced and they aren't making them a lot smaller like Kroger is so thank you Mr new manager for helping me out. By the way HEB has hand baskets, smaller carts and large carts to serve ALL of their customers.

Rushing around to grab things I needed for a quick trip, I stoped at self check out and put my drink down by the bags. Then a male employee came and just grabbed my drink without stating first that my drink needed to be off the bag area. There is still COVID and now money pox ... and he's just grabbing peoples things is not acceptable ..

Kroger employees, for the most part (especially management) are griossly lazy and incompetent. They are continually blaming covid for their lousy service. Kroger's computer software has frequent errors. Items that are out of stock are not so-indicated. You are allowed to order those items, and be charged for them, only to find out that they are unavailable. You are not often offered substitutions, either, and Kroger puts a hold on the full dollar amount. You must wait a week or so to get your money back. Someone makes a total mess of your credit card accounts or debit card account. What they do is to make things so confusing that you don't know if you are being refunded or not. I suspect that they might be ripping us off. If you choose to do business with them, keep your eyes open--both of them.

I have been trying to reach someone in regards to my online order that was supposed to be delivered today between 6pm-7pm. This is not the first time I have had a problem with Kroger's online order from here. I understand the system is not perfect but someone should be available to help answer my questions. I need to know if I'm being refunded or if Kroger is planning to deliver my groceries at a later date. Hanging up on me was very rude.

Worst customer service experience ever!! I was literally ignored by the manager, my checker walked off, and after spending $400 I had to bag my own groceries. Ridiculous!

The worst pharmacy ever!! I tried getting my prescription filled here from another pharmacy and they seemed so bothered by my transfer and talked really rude to me!! Went to walgreens and they did my transfer fast with no issues. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!

Unprofessional employees at this location. Jorge and Daniel were standing next to the courtesy booth talking when I walked up stating I was overcharged. Jorge told me to drive back to town "tomorrow". I was told I could NOT be helped as the service desk had just closed. The story is long...let's just say a higher supervisor did give permission but Daniel was rude and condescending. But he was following Jorge's lead with his bad attitude towards me. To be fair I was not dressed well as I had been outside my home with the yard maintenance crew all day. I am a senior citizen and a women and I was born in this town and have been going to Kroger's for well over 40 years. H‑E‑B treats customers much better; I suggest you go there if you want to be treated decently. In the end Daniel didn't want to do the right thing.... he just wanted to give me a hard time. And he did, and yes I did call corporate like I said I would do. And Daniel thank you for telling me your name clearly and loudly when I said I was calling corporate. Since COVID-19 Kroger has made a lot of money and appears service has taken a back seat to profit during this time.

Avoid the pharmacy and the Kroger app, they will leave you abandoned in need of diabetic medications.

Should be able to give negative stars. This business is allowing employees to walk around without mask and also patrons to walk around without mask. As a healthcare worker this unacceptable. I will definitely not support this business until they are found what is socially and consciously right.

I come here twice a week. Produce is always fresh and customer service is great. There's this certain employee that says hello and asks if my shopping experience is going well when im there which is very nice and sweet. I even use their pharmacy and gas station. Shopping is a breeze and affordable.

Do Not get Delivery from here! Still waiting on order scheduled for 9-10am and it is 11:30! Called customer service, which was a joke. First person was nice and tried to be helpful, then was disconnected. Second call to customer service and she was rude, not apologetic that the order was so late and after 29 minutes of holding, no one could tell me what the problem was. All she would say is "they must be running a bit late". I said they could at least contact the customer and let them know they are going to be late. Complete silence once her end, no comment. I asked if she could call me when she found out what is going on & she said no, she could not do that. It is Father's Day and we have to just sit at home and wait until they get around to delivering our groceries. Unbelievable.

A step up from the one on Alexander, but still piss poor on customer service. The florist is also very rude. Also, the door they close after a certain time is the one near produce. So it forces people to come in through the cashier area, where everyone's running into each other and you can't get in because people are trying to get out through self check out.
