They have really good prices on their fuel. If you have a Kroger discount membership card, you can use it at the pump and you get a discount on your fuel. The pumps are really far apart, so you do not have problems getting in nor out when they are busy.

Hi! I'm home-bound due to a motor vehicle accident. I did an online order for home delivery from the Garth Rd store. Upon receipt of my nearly $100 grocery order, as I'm unpacking I notice some of my bags and groceries have little black insects crawling all around. I call the store to address the issue and I'm advised to adjust the price or get a refund the items have be brought back to the store. Also, the store has been having an internal issue with these insects in the pastas (which I ordered), rice and flour. The associate did advise me if the items are placed in the freezer the insects will die, therefore we don't worry about consuming them. I also share concern with others who have posted the horrible decision by management to remove small carts and hand-held baskets, the strategy being that larger carts will result in larger grocery purchase totals.

I came here on may 23rd at 9:18 and I googled if the gas station was closed, google says they close at 10pm so why were they closed 40 minutes prior? Funny, hopefully their employees will close on time instead of when they want next time.

Not to be confused with Bro-ger, which is when you go shopping with your brother. There are lots of Kroger customers in Baytown, and lots of people happy to have a Kroger out here in Baytown, although prices are (as usual) pretty high, but they don't always have the selection that some of the other suburban stores have.Still they are popular, and brought a great extra option to Baytown and our relatives that live there. We visit this store most times that we visit these relatives.

The new manager is a j**** he did away with the hand baskets so now when I am only picking up 2 or 4 items I have to push the BIG cart around with 3 things in it. There are none of the smaller carts either so now I am a HEB shopper. I forgot how good their prepared meals are and how much better their produce is. Also their cakes are better priced and they aren't making them a lot smaller like Kroger is so thank you Mr new manager for helping me out. By the way HEB has hand baskets, smaller carts and large carts to serve ALL of their customers.

Lights always ON even if cashier ofc closed. Better than nice folk here. Probably cleanest fueling station I've ever seen... Xcept Dean's Gulf Service in Pt. Arthur TX @ Jefferson City Shopping Ctr. on Twin City Hwy.

Rushing around to grab things I needed for a quick trip, I stoped at self check out and put my drink down by the bags. Then a male employee came and just grabbed my drink without stating first that my drink needed to be off the bag area. There is still COVID and now money pox ... and he's just grabbing peoples things is not acceptable ..

Kroger employees, for the most part (especially management) are griossly lazy and incompetent. They are continually blaming covid for their lousy service. Kroger's computer software has frequent errors. Items that are out of stock are not so-indicated. You are allowed to order those items, and be charged for them, only to find out that they are unavailable. You are not often offered substitutions, either, and Kroger puts a hold on the full dollar amount. You must wait a week or so to get your money back. Someone makes a total mess of your credit card accounts or debit card account. What they do is to make things so confusing that you don't know if you are being refunded or not. I suspect that they might be ripping us off. If you choose to do business with them, keep your eyes open--both of them.

Just another gas station but if you have a Kroger card and shop at Kroger's on a semi-regular basis you could get $0.10 off of every gallon on there already fairly cheap gas considering the price per gallon at the time the only thing negative I would say about it is sometimes I'm coming home late from work and I stopped there to fill up late at night after the store has closed and the staff leave for the day without refilling the receipt paper on the pumps but if that's not important to you you might see this rating as five stars instead of four

They Kroger card program is awesome. I just filled my tank with 90 cents off a gallon just because I shop and get my prescriptions filled in the store. If you voted Biden this might not interest you but if you didn't than it's very important. My only problem is the window cleaning by the pumps they are not maintained properly at all.

No premium fuel and receipt printer not working. Get those corrected and this is normally a 5 star location.
