I so badly wish I could give 5 stars because I love my car and I am thrilled with the features and how it runs but that isn't the issue. I came in a few weeks ago and I thought my service was fine and got my car. Fast forward to today I filled out a review that was asked of me to do. I was asked to put all 10s, which I did. It also had multiple choice questions where you pick the option that you feel fits what the question is asking. A few of these questions I put my honest opinion, not a rating. I clicked one of the multiple choice answers that talked about negotiation as well as time. While I had great service, I was at the dealership for more than 4+ hours the day I bought my car. I came in the morning and did not leave until that evening. My brother and I couldn't even leave to eat. We also had other personal appointments to get to that had to be cancelled as well as my brother almost being late for work. That's not all, I had to come back the next day and couldn't leave with my car the day I came in (which is fair I needed to bring more information). It also took us over an hour to negotiate a price. I understand it takes awhile but looking at the whole picture 4+ hours is still a lot. Other than putting the multiple choice answers that fit these circumstances, time and negotiation were selected and to my knowledge it was only for feedback not reflection. After submitting this I received an unprofessional text from my sales person Robert. Screenshots listed below. I never once said or put anything disrespectful, but I had to defend my opinions. I am only writing this to warn others. Knowing much about how businesses are ran these are things to look out for when shopping. If you give them business expect to only put 10s and not your opinion. I am posting this to bring awareness. I am truly upset and feel attacked. If there is a problem you ask politely, not say these things listed in the texts I received. I am truly upset because I thought everything was great and I was only giving my truthful feedback which wasn't negative or intending to be.

Imagine taking the time to figure out what type of car you want, which make and model and then driving 30 minutes + to a location because of it's glowing reviews, just to have the experience I was subjected to. The man who came to assist me took over an hour of my time, just to waste it. Ed seemed to make a point to be as informal as possible, never once calling by my name or even bothering to use an honorific. I was a nobody to this salesperson and it showed. He almost seemed to go out of his way to make this such a dead and impersonal experience. I would have been ready to sign and complete the sale, until he brought out the final amount and it was suddenly padded with an extra $3K of extras and features I did not request and in some cases did not want. And it wasn't as if this was not made clear from the beginning that such an amount would kill a sale, but instead of giving me a head's up, he waited until we were finishing up to surprise me with this. And he seemed to have the nerve to act as if we were wasting HIS time, as if we had not been clear from moment one. So either we was ignoring or not listening to me, or he didn't care. The worst part was at the end. After he effectively killed the sale, he started speaking to my friend, who was accompanying me for this, as if he was the dominant partner or something, trying to talk him into selling me on the extra charges. He couldn't even be bothered to say goodbye to me, deferring to my friend, and ignoring me completely. This salesperson was not just impersonal and rude, I felt as if he had no soul. And if this is 'one of our better salespersons' as the lady at the front desk said... I cannot imagine how bad the BAD ones are.

I hate buying a new car and this was the most straightforward easy deal I've ever done. Pricing was fair and they did everything they promised and then some. I drove from Austin to get this because the Austin dealers Were too sketchy to do business with. They even picked me up from the Hobby airport!

My mother and I were greeted with the best hospitality. The people here are very informative and helpful in helping me select and build a vehicle to my liking. It was and is my pleasure to be doing business with them.
