This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I am always trying to find a cheaper way to accomplish a task, big mistake. I left my CPA and used J/H for one year. Preparer took 3 hours, she was waiting for a call back from someone but never got one. She was able to use my IRA but couldn't find place for HSA. Had some other tax breaks I wanted to use but left after taking so long. It wasn't until the next year, when I went back to my CPA that this became a major problem.

Jackson Hewitt made it SO easy for me to file my taxes. I know nothing about taxes and it was so fast and easy. Shyann answered all of my questions and was completely fabulous and fast! Christine, Lilian, Constance, and Joelia were fabulous as well. Come in and ask for any one of them!! I will be back next year!
