We bought a traverse there and 4 hours later it broke down. we took it back and Eldon put it in the shop they thought it was fixed but unfortunately it was no good. We returned it and they did try to help put us in another but unfortunately the prices was just to much for what we wanted. They did give us a 90 day warranty and tried to help unfortunately we decided to move on. They are good people and they returned our money.

Gentlemen, what a bad streak that Diller has had, the manager is rude, just like the saleswoman Lark who doesn't show her face in a car that didn't work since day one, they sold it badly after being in the mechanic's shop for more than two months and more. collecting payment for the truck just a month ago they stopped payments because it broke down again ce upon request the refund and they don't want to give it they don't want to change the truck the owner doesn't say anything either ce upon request to talk to him and no one helps we just want the refund, the truck is rebuilt with parts from a truck from another brand. When I put it in the machine, another truck came out. The truth is that it has been treated by all means and no one helps, the mechanic still does nothing and clearly he said that the person he works with is The Diller, the manager, answered very rudely, threatening that we should get a lawyer, that they won't give anything, he just asks for what it is. solve this here if you read messages because then they delete them

Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole process was easy and hassle free. I found the staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable about insurance coverage and because of this I was able to find a better insurance company with better coverage and save money.
They'll work with you on the down payment and the monthly payments are reasonable. An additional bonus is the length of the finance agreement is usually 24 months.
All this plus a decent selection of vehicles makes CE Auto Sales a good place to shop for pre-owned vehicles.
I highly recommend them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, they are selling SALVAGED TITLE cars as is at no responsibility to them. My mom just bought a car from here against my wishes because the whole deal sounded fishy. When she tried to insure it the insurance rejected it and I quickly told her don’t buy it cause there’s a reason they can’t insure it. She didn’t listen and now the car is at the mechanics because they told her she had to get the inspection done for the registration and the car is not passing inspection, a week after she bought it. They have been back and forth to the point that the car is now worse than before. I told her they are responsible for providing the plates and registration sticker, but they said she needs to do it. She has asked for her money back but since she bought as is they are wiping their hands clean. They basically laughed at her and said “well you signed for the car AS IS so you cannot sue us.” She just wants her down payment back so she can purchase another car elsewhere. Unfortunately they are not aware of Texas laws so we will be suing.

I have bought 3 vehicles from CE Auto through previous owner! With that being said Destiny has turned my account over to the bank! I brought this vehicle from them so I wouldn't have to deal with bank! So I could pay here buy here! That's the way it's advertised buy here pay here! Joke

I love this place .....my car salesman was Alondra Montoya,she was very nice and patient with my bank,lol, no matter what she remained nice!!!! I love my car!!!! But the whole office is so nice....

I came here just to look for a car I can afford and I saw I car that caught my eye but when Destiny told me the price I knew I couldn’t afford it so I told her that and walked out to head to another car dealership to browse well she decided to follow me to that one as well and talk to my god dad saying that she can work with me after I told her I couldn’t afford it so I said if you can work with me ok. I went there signed the papers (she didn’t ask for paystubs or anything) that lead us up to this month I gave her what I can and then this week I was going to pay the rest since “ She would work with me” now I have a 24 hour repo.

My daughter and I just left here. We received no service until we went to leave. Everyone was sitting around, someone outside dancing. Decided if they can't acknowledge us, we don't want to do service here.
