The associates and ladies were very disrespectful and hung up on me. They didn’t even know the situation and were just not accurate. The original men I spoke with or associate that answered told me $49 for amending and then they tell me $99 make up your mind and be accurate please. Will not work with this office again. Not worth my time and energy but will speak up for my own respect and dignity. Definitely reporting this behavior to someone else. Unprofessional.
