Ive been calling for 2 days now. 15 times to be exactly. They do not answer the phone at all. It rings until it hangs up. The vehicle needs service and they need to do the voucher. I called a different location on south fwy they answered but is unable to do the voucher because its not their location. I went to a location by my house because this location is over an hour from me and they sent an email to the manager to get back to me yet I have not seen a call back. Why arent you answering the phone? I can see its a predominant male location but not answering aint cool. Take care of your customers remember thats how you eat.

This is a very bad car rental service.$2,253 was taken from my personal account. It has been 1 month since I delivered. The car I rented for UBER. (Tesla model3). And they tell me that they did it because they suspended my rent account and I never delivered the car, what bad service!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING CARS FOR UBER AND IF YOU DO, BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DELIVERING IT

Do not rent from this location when its time to do repairs they wont approve it im paying to rent a car not baby sit it at the shop horrible experience uber drivers please dont rent from this location you will regret itThe staff is friendly & professional but whoever has the authority to approve repairs is a piece of garbage they only wanna approve the rear brakes not the front and the front is bad to idgaf its not my vehicle don't come to this location

Worse experience do not come here, car door has issues kept door open noise when you touch it while driving. The people here are nonchalant and overcharged me so make sure you look at your receipts!

His was courteous enough to give me a call well before my reservation to let me know that they only had electric vehicles available. After reading reviews, i was going to call them anyway but he beat me to it. I appreciate it.

They need to shut the Baytown location down. The car was FILTHY when I received it. They still had previous renters info (doctors summary of care) and it was just disgusting inside. I notified them immediately and requested another vehicle but he was rude and unhelpful. They also didn’t have anything else available and couldn’t even check another location. I would have left it there but I desperately needed to get to a few appointments I had plus I had already paid a $500 deposit which is unbelievable for the level of service and terrible condition of the car I received. I will never use Hertz again.

So I been renting a Tesla from this Hertz for the past 2 months never had no issue also my card was already on file so they would extend the rental automatically every Wednesday every week out of no where this past week they started to charge my card on random days they charged me on Friday then they charged me again on the following Monday not even a week when they would normally wait until Wednesday when my weekly bill cycle is due now my bank account is negative & I have also called over 20 times & no one has answered it just rings then it hangs up on top of that I keep getting calls from Hertz saying my rental has not been extended so they have said the vehicle will be picked up so where is all my money going because in my back account it shows the money is being withdrawn by Hertz so I will have authorities involved to do an investigation because this is theft

My encounter at Hertz’s Baytown, TX location on Garth Road was profoundly disappointing, marked by a notable lack of professionalism and accountability among the staff. I would strongly advise against engaging with this particular location and raise concerns about Hertz’s broader service standards.My reservation, made through UBER’s rent-to-drive system for a gas-powered vehicle pickup on Monday at noon, was marred by multiple issues. Despite efforts to confirm the reservation, I received no response after attempting to contact the location five times. Furthermore, I was informed via voicemail on the morning of pickup by an unidentified individual that no gas-powered vehicles were available, suggesting an EV instead.Upon arrival, I encountered John, who casually informed me that the last vehicle had been rented out just before my arrival, disregarding my reservation. Subsequent attempts to address the issue were met with further frustration. Jade, a reservations agent, proved unable to offer any resolution and simply redirected me back to the in-store team.Despite requesting to speak with the manager, Preston, I was met with disappointment as he conveniently exited the store, avoiding any interaction with me despite having heard my request. Notably, Preston’s departure coincided with my attempt to escalate the issue.Throughout these interactions, the lack of accountability and professionalism among the staff was evident. None of the individuals—John, Jade, Robert, or Preston (the manager)—demonstrated genuine concern for customer satisfaction or a willingness to address the issues at hand.My experience with Hertz’s Baytown, TX location was deeply unsatisfactory, and I strongly urge for an investigation and intervention to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents in the future.

People were very informative and polite. Office is very small but comfortable. Only complaint is very little cars to choose from.
