Best pharmacy in Baytown. They are fast friendly and really care about the people they serve. Why go anywhere else. It is truly a hidden gem. No long line wait at GR cure! Always fully staffed. Skip the lines and big names for fast friendly service!

Needed a new pharmacy went in talked to Sammy said he would fill my pain meds. 4 months I had 14 other meds filled. When time for pain meds he said not going to fill it's under review. Said he has med but its for his loyal customers caught what he was saying and said like you are becoming. He talks though both sides of his mouth tell you what you want to hear to get you in. Don't go here

Altho located next to an urgent care , they have enough staff to fill and refill Very Quickly for walk ins! I have never had to wait because Rx wasn't ready, I call-they fill- go pick up . Love this place ! And the one in Crosby too!

I am a 72 year old women, who has had 2 back surgeries in 2 years, I have been using this GR Cure Baytown for 8 years and now, as of this morning, the Pharmacist decided to red flag me and lock my account because...1. I didn't do as he told me to do which was tell my doctor to change one of my stronger medications, which is not accurate because I did email and call my doctors office to pass on his suggestion.2. When trying to get my prescriptions they had some that I no longer use but he said I had to take them all in order to get the medications that I absolutely needed. Then he became angry and told me just have doctor send a new prescription to another pharmacy because he was through with me and hung up the phone.3. Slandered my name with a Pharmacist at a new pharmacy that called to get my prescriptions transferred.So if you take a pain medication, good luck with Sammy at the GR Cure in Baytown on Baker Rd. A complaint has been filed with Texas Pharmacy Board.

The owner is nothing but a solicitor! He'll try to get all your prescriptions transferred to him from your existing pharmacy, so he can make more money. He would not fill my pain medication which was all I needed due to a nationwide shortage. I called his pharmacy and they had some in stock. Then he started bragging about how much cheaper he would charge me than my existing pharmacy. So, I fell for it and allowed him to do so. After the fact, he wouldn't fill my pain medication until he investigated me like I was a criminal or drug seeker. So, I had all of my prescriptions transferred back to my original pharmacy. Very poor customer service skills if you ask me.

3 different times said they did not have prescription sent in by my doctor to be held till the next month even though another prescription was sent at the same time was filled and blamed the doctor. Then refused to fill the prescriptions because I had moved my other prescriptions else where after being told on 10-2-2023 to call back on 10-5-2023 and they would fill them per the owner leaving me without medication for the next day

I got my prescription through GoodRX Care and sent to GR Cure. I called the pharmacy to confirm that my prescription had been received and they told me that I would receive a call or text confirming that my prescription was ready for pickup. I received neither. Upon arriving to the pharmacy I present my GoodRx coupon that I was sent when GoodRX Care sent my prescription out only to me told that they do not honor GoodRX Coupons because they have their own savings plan. I explained that if the person I spoke to earlier in the day hadn't rushed me off the phone I could have confirmed that and had time enough enough to send my prescription somewhere that my coupon would be honored. The staff told me there was nothing that they could do. I asked again if they could honor the price of my coupon for my inconvenience which was about a 7 dollar difference. They told me no and and I asked the lady what her name was. The pharmacist walked around the counter and told me she will have the owner call me. I will update my review in a few day if they actually reach out.Update: I received a call from the owner of GR Cure. He let me tell my side of the story and was extremely understanding of my situation. He assured me he would take corrective actions with the employee i encountered and not only would my coupon be honored or but I would receive a full refund for the prescription I paid for. I am going to trust what was promised to me a continue using GR Cure as my preferred pharmacy. One bad apples does not always spoil the bunch.

Dr Guidry asked me to use this local pharmacy however they Discriminated against me because I didn’t have any prescriptions to fill besides addral. #BadBusinessPractices.Update, Dr. Guidry’s‘s office will no longer be recommending patients to that pharmacy

Choose this pharmacy !! They are efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, understanding. I suffer from debilitating migraines and haven't had my meds for months, been trying to get my medication filled from a few different pharmacies with no results. Calling everyday, Not trying to be a headache myself but needing my med. GR Cure not only got my migraine medication, got it approved and offered to deliver to me as well at no extra cost * on a busy Friday!!! Thanks GR Cure and the man who took his time to get me my medicine, I can be with out headache this holiday weekend .I thanks you for your patience and help getting my med covered, and the opportunity 2Cure my migraine !!!! My #1 pharmacy Don't wait and switch to them ASAP !!! ®

I called to have a RX filled that is in a nationwide shortage. Even though they could order and fill it for me, they would not because I would not give them all my RX's. I told them I live in Houston and because they can't guarantee they can always get the medication I didn't feel like that was fair. It feels like black mail.
