Needed some assistance with an unexpected issue and not only was I was able to quickly get the help I needed; I was treated like family. There aren’t many places you can go in any type of business anymore and truly feel comfortable and cared for. i had to go turn in some important paperwork and called in advance and was told they’d be open. they’re hours are from 11-5pm and i go at 3pm and they are closed. tried calling both numbers and both voicemail box are full. wish they had some sort of sign or something as to why they are closed at 3pm when it says they are open and close at 5pm.

Let me start by saying that this tax office is absolutely fantastic! I've been going there for years, and I can't recommend it enough. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to ensure that my tax needs are taken care of. They make the whole process so easy and stress-free. Not only do they provide accurate and efficient tax preparation services, but they also offer valuable advice and guidance. Plus, their customer service is top-notch! Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm and friendly smile. They truly make me feel like a valued client. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my tax needs. Shot out to Gonzalez Tax N Business!!I've done Business with them more than once and they have been so awesome in fulfilling my needs...so patient with me and very professional...if you've never had work done by her (Mrs. Sandra) then you have no Business making false reviews ?...you can't speak up for someone else if you weren't there, I despise individuals like this because instead of trying to collect facts he is trying just Business bash and simply just hating and that's not ok you are only trying to harm her !! She is very good at what she does and all she does is try and help people..she's I've witnessed her go out her way just to help costumers...so you are so wrong for bashing someone without any knowledge of their business...GET YOUR FACTS TOGETHER!!

If zero starts were possible, I would put that rating here. Do NOT use this woman. She did my daughter's taxes incorrectly for 3 years and my daughter now owes the IRS $10,000.00, Sandra says she is going to "make it right" and pay the back taxes but she has yet to do that and now will not return any phone calls. We will be following up with calls and letters to the IRS criminal division shortly due to her lack of response.
