Do not recommend. Front desk people misinform customers as well as lie to their managers. This places does not pick up calls when needed. Highly uprofessional. I requested managers, they always say they have left for the day

They are not professional at all. They take their time in processing claims. Don't call you back after numerous calls to them. Leave you on hold til you give up and hang up.

Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.

We should have had insurance cards before our policy end date. April 13. I finally called the first week in June. I received no apology just a poor possible excuse. Bad customer service this time around.

My mom came to this location to get insurance on her new car but they refused because she didn't have the previous registration. She explained to them that she had just bought the vehicle and didn't have that so they denied her. My mom was already insured with them on her old car. She had already canceled and they had stilled charged her even tho she terminated the insurance. They are just robbing people of their money super rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend going here or to ANY Fred loya company.

Absolutely, no customer service tried getting a quote, and they put us on hold for over 45min. Hung up and tried immediately after and they hung up on us immediately after answering the phone.

They never answer their phones! I got rear ended at a stop light the day after Thanksgiving. Needless to say, my car got totaled and now I have no transportation. I called Fred Loya and told them my situation. They gave me a number to a claims agent named Jessica Porras. I called her and called her, leaving message after message and she never calls back. She never answers the phone period! And when I try to call Fred Loya's main office, it's the same thing all over again. No one ever answers the phone! Does anybody even work there?

These people who work in this office clearly don’t know what they are talking about. They are the rudest by far…..An will try and get you to drive hours just to go in and cancel a policy. I by far DO NOT recommend them.
