Don't take your TV here. My 55-in Android Smart TV worked perfect when I took it. I got home and my TV is all messed up all kind of lines everywhere they obviously dropped it. Now they're saying they won't do anything about it

Overall it is a decent store. The filling in manager who runs another store was friendly, and helpful. The transaction was complete within minutes. Would have been faster had I not tangled up multiple necklaces most were costume but the manager without hesitation said there is at least one the has value. Untangling the mess I made took more time the the paperwork. He appeared to be training a new employee and coached him through several key points but did not interfere with the process. I walked in thinking it was gonna be a waste of time but left feeling more then satisfied. Will recommend to friends and family .

Would leave a zero if I could. Rude member behind the counter. There was no other person in the store and he wouldn't even offer to assist us. When we asked him if they could turn on the weed eater to show us it worked he said no that it turned in when they bought it(6 plus months ago) and that was good enough. when we asked about any warranty he said no it was as is with no guarantee. Ridiculous.

They don't even look up the value of things. If they know you need the nobey they think it is funny to low Ball you and laugh about it the two that run the place have no interest in the customers best interest especially returning costumers that attempt to give them as much business as possible.after two years of tryibg to work with this store I give up
