I drove there today from out of town, it was about 9:30 no one was there and they are suppose to open at 9:00. The Walmart employee told me this happens often. I waited since I had driven so far. Another customer came and waited for a while then she got tired of waiting and left. Finally at 10:17 he finally showed up to open the store. I Have never worked anywhere where I could just show up to work when I wanted to. That is not a good way to run a business.

The employee working here told me he couldn't scan my printed mailing label because the printing was not good enough, but I dropped another smaller package at a Fed Ex drop box location 2 days earlier and it was returned with no problem using the same printer. I cost me $37 using UPS vs the pre paid $10 for label with Fed ex. He seem to go out of his way to not do his job for me.

la sucursal que está en el Walmart de la garth está cerrado, está es la segunda vez que vengo y no tiene horario de comida y está cerrado estamos esperando varias personas que mal que no respeten el horario que está publicado el día de ayer fui y faltaban 8 min para las 6 y ya estaba cerrado , está una señora que dice que está desde las 12:30 y ya estaba cerrado y lo peor es que la empleada estaba dentro de la sucursal .

When I was at FedEx Office in Baytown my manager was very unfair and worked me like a dog. She would make me go in on my days off to close the store so she can go home early. She was never understanding either. I have a 3 year old who got sick at daycare and I could not leave to get him because she said there was no way I was leaving to get my own child. She is a very Selfish person, pretends to care about others but she does not. She thinks the world revolves around her. We had to adjust our lives for her but never did she help her employees. She would also never rotate weekends.. there was 3 employees at one point but she treated the guy very unfair also so he walked out on her. Just recently she was making racial slurs about hispanics. I am Hispanic so I did not tolerate it. I reported her to HR. Once I reported her she did not say a word to me. Which is very uncomfortable working with someone like that. She started tossing stuff around because she was mad about the report. She sets up her employees for failure. Come to find out thats the only reason she hired me because I am Hispanic (well thats what it felt like) made me feel very belittled. She likes to hire young hispanic females (as she said). Be ware if you are Hispanic and get hired at the Baytown location.

Been 3 times there, 2 times was closed with a sign out side saying “I’ll be back in 30 minutes”, that’s not correct, I have no way to go when I ship big boxes… UPDATE: Today again been there and same problem…

This company doesn’t deserve to be in business. The staff Vanessa and her manager are very rude and do not know how to talk to customers. Vanessa cannot speak for herself she runs behind the counter to talk to her manager about other customers. Their service is very unacceptable and I do not recommend anyone delivering their packages with this company.

The ladies working there were fantastic. My wife wanted some flyers printed and laminated. The flyers were in black and white. They tried to colorize them but were unable. My wife sent me the incomplete color flyers and the FedEx employ completed the flyers from my wife's template to match the information from the black and white ones.They went above and beyond. Thanks!

THEY ARE VERY RUDE I CALLED TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHERE DO I COME IN WALMART TO DROP OFF AND ALL SHE WOULD KEEP REPEATING IS IN THE FRONT WOW!
