Great staff. Process was smooth and people were friendly! I was able to get in and out so fast and people seemed eager to help and not annoyed. Much better than other rental places I've been to. The manager and at least one other male was there to help in the process. Thank you to both of them!

It I could give zero starts I would. This location is the worst, it you can choose go to Garth rd location or elsewhere. I had a reservation for a full size car to pick on a Monday, they gave me a minivan. Promised me when they got a full size car they would call. Here it is Thursday they never called. Now when the gave me the minivan they had smaller SUVs on the lot. Why not put me in that instead of a large van. Here it is Thursday they switched me out to a car they rushed to put me in. The oil life is at 39% it sounds loud when I ride in it. I brought it back less than 30 minutes and they are giving me a hard time.

Needed a car while ours was in the shop for collision repairs. Enterprise was very professional and quick to make arrangements for me. Rental vehicle was clean and in good condition.

I made reservation online on a weekend. My reservation needed to be tax exempt and on a corporate code. I did not have access to these numbers due to a last minute need for rental. I began calling the location at 9am. The phone would be answered and placed on hold without an employee even greeting me. I was unable to get aholdOf employee until 3pm when I was a few miles from location heading their way for pickup. Even after explaining the situation , presenting a sales tax form I was unable to get a discount. The two employees were very professional but I was shocked to find out they would be deducting $745 + dollars. This was a week rental plus$300 deposit. I mentioned I had rented at an airport and had never been fully charged plus a large deposit like this before. I was given the explanation that they would actually charge 20% more nationwide at airport. I also explained I would be driving across State and would prefer a Texas plated car. They gave me Louisiana. There were comparable cars on lot but according to employees they were reserved. Hope I don’t see them parked in same spot all week ?. Although interactions were professional I did not think it was a customer oriented interaction and I did not feel like my $ meant anything to them or trying to appease my needs. I will rent from another location next time. Customer service and treating me as top priority will always go a long way for me.

Had the pleasure of working along side these ladies and gentlemen for a few days. Each of them obviously have their own personalities, but the way they work and come together is nothing less than extraordinary. Their professionalism is nothing short of excellence and they strive to over achieve their goals while providing exemplary customer service. I watched irritated and annoyed customers come in and leave with smiles. 10/10 and will recommend to anyone in need of a rental car. I would say I wish the best for these individuals, but I know they will succeed in their careers as well as in life.

These people are absolutely amazing , from Kyle to Jasmine to Jessica to the manager at this place , I think Enterprise has giving me the best customer service I have received in a long time and I'm not just saying that to give them a positive review , I'm saying that because of everytime I come here especially due to my car accident , the service I have been receiving everytime has been spectacular! Great group of individuals.

So I went in for a car and they didn't have any available. They told me I could take a truck and they would have a car for me by the end of the day. I called back before they closed that day, and no one picked up. I noticed the truck had a pamphlet in it from Enterprise that listed all the things they do to vehicles before customers receive them. One of them was key fobs get cleaned before every customer. I can assure everyone reading this, that key fob was not cleaned! It was so sticky and covered in gunk. It took me about a dozen alcohol pads to clean the key fob. The next day, after receiving the truck, I was told again that I would receive a car by the end of the day and they would deliver it to me. Of course, I didn't receive the car and they wouldn't pick up the phone. So the next day, I get told that on the next day I would receive a car. I called back and waited for about 30 minutes before hanging the phone up. No car was received. After this, I called back several times, and no one picked up. On the day I had to return the truck, I was in the parking lot and decided to call them before I walked to make sure it was my last day to keep the vehicle. It's surprising someone picked up! I asked the girl when my last day was, and she immediately disconnected the call! I walked right into the store, and the girl I was on the phone with wasn't there. The male working there picked up the phone and was more than likely acting like he was busy. He didn't say a word on the phone the entire time I was in there. I told the main girl that works there that someone just disconnected the call on me, and she said, "Oh, it was probably me."I was saying, hello, hello." This wasn't even the girl I was talking to. I could differentiate both of the girls' voices at this point. I told her I needed to return the car. She told me that I would receive a survey asking how my service was, and she asked me if I was going to be completely satisfied. I told her that every time I called, no one picked up the phone. She told me it was just them there and that they're too busy to pick up calls. I then asked her why I never received a car. She told me I was next on the list. After that, I walked out, and she asked if I was going to be completely satisfied. I told her I would think about it. She yelled, "No! No!" I think this review is well deserved. I was lied to, ignored, and didn't receive what I the service I wanted. They just don't care at this store. Every time I was there, not a single customer was there. They should be honest with customers and pick up the phone.

I'm just going to say.... perfect & outstanding customer service at its greates. as soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed as if I was like a family member. they have an amazing staff, that helped me without any hesitation. it was the first time I ever had to use a rental before, so I was nervous at first, and with in no time I felt at ease. Jessica, Kyle, and the rest you thank you so much for everything... Keep up the great work, I highly recommend you all.
