If I could give zero stars I would!! I typically don’t leave reviews but this experience needs to be shared in hopes of sparing someone else. I took my mom today to get our nails done and me a pedicure. I asked if they could do nails and pedi same time they said yes, so we sit and get started. The lady doing my toes burnt me with the wax on my foot and when I told her it was too hot and burning me she laughed and proceeded to push the bag back onto my foot!!! Unbelievable ! I had to tell her 3 times, I no longer wanted it ,to please take it off! I was thinking no way I’m letting my other foot go in. After that all went okay. The other lady had started on my nails ,Then once another customer comes in ,the lady who had started my nails leaves, services the other client, while I’m waiting still for my nails to be done (my mom had been done @20 mins at this point) it was supposed to be done same time. So then 30 min later she finished the other customer comes back to me in a huge hurry, she was so rough , I have burns on my hands and nails and I will never go back 147$ later and I feel so scammed and I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed once I my hands aren’t sore anymore. ?please don’t go here for relaxation or a pleasant experience it truly isn’t at all.Services: Pedicures

I began coming here in 2016......Kinda fell off the nails wagon. For a while, a long while!!!!A friend of mine wanted to take me to have my nails done. The very first place I thought of was Elegance Nails. After a few tramatizing years, work quality was excellent...my favor nail artist is still there...I send every girl I know there. Get the most out of ur nails. Didn't even need a fill in for 3 sometimes 4 weeks. So super helpful and kinda. I love my nail shop. Thank you Ms April you are appreciated.Naomi

Asked for a regular pedicure. It took well over an hour because the lady kept clipping me and cut me all over my toes. They were bleeding and they proceeded to put acetone all over my already bleeding toes. Never did I get an apology I thought I would get a discount but they proceeded to charge me $40. Never again. Do not come here for pedicures.

I like it. It took long for my nails but they look graat. They have a mini pedi spa chair for kids. My daughter enjoyed that.

Horrible service. My husband and I went in for a pedicure. The lady pulled some utensils out of her drawer that weren't in a sanitation bag and sprayed them two times with alcohol. When I confronted her she got mad and tried to assure me the alcohol was enough. Then when I decided to leave because I was not pleased, I asked if I owed anything for her services and she shewed me like a fly! Never again! They must be under new ownership.

Kat is the best! She is very accommodating! The staff is very nice and professional! I love my nails and I always get powder nails and shellac on my toe nails and they have the same colors for both! I never have to wait long to get my nails done! Even with the new management it's great if not better!! They have also remodeled and it looks nicer in there! They offer free bottled water, which is nice on a hot summer day. April is also awesome, I went in for a refill and polish change and Kat was out so April did and she did great!!!

Walked in and was not impressed with the customer service. Only had 2 workers and was stopped at the front when asked to see the colors/brands of polish. I walked out the door, not a warm welcome. Why would the polishes be at the back of the store anyway???

I found here to be a good local spot to try out some new designs, have a little fun with my nails. The nail tech reached out to me and offered to redo it since it wasn't up to their usual standards. She was extremely personable and polite! I also got a manicure which was nice and relaxing. My nails look very beautiful and they last FOUR weeks! Next time I might even use their toes 'manicures services. And I was very satisfied.

Worst place to get pedicure done! Experience was horrible from start to finish, the lady doing my pedicure wanted to do on my toes what ever she liked not what i liked.
