Only one person working in the parts department. Long long wait Two employees sitting in sale tower just watching. They should be trained to assist the parts man.

I recently ordered a chassis frame for a Honda talon 4X and with over a month of searching online and calling different Honda dealership for best price and shipping cost and this is the best place I found for the price and thanks to the parts department team that helps me a lot specially the one who helped me (his name is Jason). I just wanted to express how grateful I am by writing this review and hope that other customer will find this helpful.

We went for our son's first motorcycle and everyone was so friendly and treated us like family. We came home a little while ago and have been calling around to tell everyone how nice everyone is. We got him a green honda navi a helmet and gloves. I don't know if I should give the name of the nice guy that sold it to us.

I needed to replace a Honda four-wheeler I lost to a house fire a few years back. I needed to find one in camo to take the abuse and weather the scratches from riding through the brush at my place. It was hard to find. I messaged Eastside one evening and Mike responded right away. The next day I had quotes on several models. I went by the following week to pick it up --no heavy sales pressure, kept word on the price. Hands down the best sales experience I've had when purchasing ATVs or side-by-sides.

I would like to thank MIKE the salesman for giving me a great offer on a Honda motorcycle that I couldn't afford at the moment because of some hospital bills that I had pending.Eventually they sold the bike to someone else. Mike was kind hearted enough to call me 2 weeks afterwards where he located the same style Honda at another dealership on sale just to let me know. WOW.

Freddie and the Staff at Eastside Honda Baytown are my go-to guys for Sales, Parts, Service on anything Powersports related, be it Mowers, Side by Sides, Motorcycles, Goldwings or Watercraft. It is well worth the drive to Baytown... I've never referred a friend or customer that was anything but thrilled with their purchase or service!
