Had a terrible experience at this Dollar General. Went in to purchase an item, but when I realized it was the wrong one, I tried to return it. The manager had a nasty attitude and claimed the system was down, refusing to process my refund. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and completely disrespectful. Reported their bad business practices to corporate because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Definitely won’t be returning.
