My family was on a road trip from Austin, TX to North Carolina when my daughter hit a piece of trash on the highway that sliced one of her tires. We called around looking for a replacement without luck until I reached Adam at the Baytown location. Even though it was 12:00 noon and extremely busy, Adam worked us in so that we were back on the road by 1:15 PM. I want to thank Adam, Hugo, and Jayson and the others who worked to help us reach our destination on time! These gentlemen are angels!! Thank you ??❤️

Had a flat tire early in the morning and had to come there - Izac was super helpful and listened to what I needed and was patient when I needed more information. There were a ton of people but they got to everyone in what I felt to be an extremely efficient manner. The techs replaced my back two tires in under 30 min and were great at explaining things to me. Will be going to them anytime I need or have tire needs.

Always bought tires
Location is not the best, it is always very full and takes too long, I recommend looking for another discount that is not so full in terms of warranty and service, always a good experience but at this discount, the wait is always more than 2 hours for tire service, I recommend looking for another discount less traffic the staff always tries to help I give it 3 stars because in other locations the establishment is much better and the service is higher, it is not and it is the same discount tire

I got tires here under the guise of a lifetime warranty on them 3 years ago. Went recently to have a hole patched and get them rotated and was told they couldn't service the tires because the outsides were worn on the front from where the truck turns. The hole was in the middle of the tread. Went to another tire shop and they took care of it no problem. Don't expect this company to hold up their end of the lifetime warranty.

One of the worst Discount Tires I have gone to. They have lost ordered tires in the past. Had to come here for a flat tire as they are the closest and they rotated tires. Didn’t check pressures and had 20 lb differences between tires on the front and and different tire pressures on the back. Not even same pressures between two on the front or back. Every tire was at a different pressure. Said something to them and then was talked down to like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Still waiting on lost tires they ordered and got in but can’t find. If you can go to another DT I would highly recommend you do so.

the service at this place was on top by the people who work there, they make sure they come to you and let you know what's going on. with your truck or car, and in and out I live in katy, and when I'm in Baytown if any problem with my truck I make sure I take my truck to this Discont tire

I called Thursday for an appointment to balance and rotate tires. Appointment was for 9:15 Monday. I arrived at 9:00, stood in line till 9:20, then seen. Then after the gentleman took my keys I waited til 10:00 and car had not moved. So I canceled my appointment and went to Discount on Decker. Will never go back to Garth road. They do not know how to schedule appointments. Why make an appointment?

Joseph did not know what he was talking about. Joseph refused to change my tire because he claimed my rim was not safe to do so and would rather me continue driving on a tire that was in need of replacing asap. As well as, another employee asked me what amount of psi to put in the tire. I did not know I was the tire technician. Please send me my check since I was unaware I was an employee.

Sent my wife to get 2 new tires for the FRONT of a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE vehicle, well they took the 2 rear tires and put on the front and the NEW tires on the rear, which is totally stupid, plus charged for a rotation , scam artists, the tires were $57 each but by the time they were done it was $180 ?, Highly recommend anyone to steer clear of this place, will never ever use discount tire again, idiots ?
