The HCA hospital in Webster discharged my father with no medication. They sent all his medication to Walmart pharmacy which closed at 7pm. Mr. Danny went above and beyond to try to get my dad's medication rerouted to this CVS pharmacy. HCA sent over a list of medication instead of an actual order to fill the prescriptions. Even though they never sent the prescriptions over he still took time out of his day just to show compassion. And for that alone we appreciated him and were very thankful. Great Job Mr. Danny we need more people like you around. Haydhar also called the next morning to let me know my dad's prescription for his tramadol was in and ready to be picked up. Thanks!

This place is trash when it comes to getting your medicine on time. They say it's here come pick up your prescription and when you get there all of a sudden they're out of stock. The team here is no good and there's always problems every time I come. They don't know how to answer the phone or they leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes. If I were you I would just go get my medicine somewhere else. Just giving everybody a heads up this place ain't worth a damn.

Pharmacy is uncoordinated. They tell me one thing and I’d have to come back next day. So I do, then I get here after working and they tell me they never put in my order that they had to send out for. They couldn’t tell me how long it will be just that I have to wait and they cannot transfer my script with out a doctor approval but my doctor is out until Monday. This is Friday now I have to go with ok it my prescription and hope that they get it in soon and if not then I have to find time between working straight 12 hr shifts to have it transferred to another store. One person tells me one thing and the next day they tell me another. The info is on the screen why send me through hoops when we could of avoided this and been able to transfer it when it got prescribed the day it was when I came in and the day my clinic was still open? Would of avoided all this now I’m stuck not taking my medication which is going to throw my system off and my schedule.

I had 9 Rx ordered on prepay, it cleared my bank and they sent me an email confirmation showing my order was ready. It was prepaid for $529 and some change. I sit here now with no meds and my money already sent to them . I have called every number available at CVS to get this straightened out and they can all see where it is paid but no answer as to why they won’t give me my medication. All they say is their store does not show it paid. My insurance company is a CVS Preferred Pharmacy and in order to have continuing monthly medication filled, I have to use them. With this happening they have agreed that I can use a different Preferred Pharmacy that is not a CVS!

Took me like 3 days to get my meds. Bc they put some weird Insurance on my account that I’ve NEVER had. Then said I had Insurance but it didn’t cover my meds and kept insisting I have to pay the 200 so Called my actually insurance and they had to call the pharmacy like 2-3 times to get it figured out. Bill went from $200+to $0.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I waited for 45 minutes in line to get a prescription ( there were only 2 cars ahead of me). The slowest and most unprofressional experience I’ve had from ANY CVS. When picking up the prescription the attendant spoke to me like I was stupid for asking him to repeat what he said.

The manager of this store named Charlie is VERY, VERY RUDE to customers. My kids were trying on the cars that were on display how it works and he just went in front of my kids, gave them the worst look and started to speak nasty to me and the kids. He does not deserve to be in this position. Worst customer service I’ve ever experience in history. Reading through reviews, it is SO clear to me like crystal that this manger is racist and has done same bad experiences to a lot of people and kids already.
